We started giving PetLab to our Shepherd/Lab mix after she began having hip issues much earlier than we ever expected. We were hoping for some improvement, but the difference has been incredible. She’s back to running, playing, and chasing around with her sister like there’s no tomorrow. Seeing her happy, active, and enjoying life again has been such a relief. We’re so grateful for the positive change and would definitely recommend PetLab to anyone looking to support their dog’s joint health.

I tried PetLabCo.’s probiotic chews, to help with my dog’s itchy skin. Due to a first time customer promotion, I bought six months of chews and was told to use consistently for 90 days to see results. We’re on our sixth month and haven’t noticed any improvement. Huge disappointment!

I was told to try the ProBright tooth cleanser by a groomer- I am so excited for the amazing results! Both my dogs - 13 year old and 14 year old Shelties teeth are noticeably cleaner after just 6 days! SIX DAYS!!!!

Love how it helps my dog !

I have been happy with how my 3 dogs - 2 pomeranians and a Besenji mix have taken to the powder. All 3 seem to enjoy the addition to their food bowls once a day. However, I don't see any improvement in their tartar build up. My Besenji was 4 and my Poms were 3 when I began giving them PetLab and do NOT have any significant tartar, their tartar has NOT increased but has not decreased either. Their breath IS very nice, where before it was not, so for that reason I am happy to continue to include it in their diet.

Really helps with my dogs bad breath.

I bought this not thinking it would work (pro bright advanced), because my 5 year old whippet pit mix has awful teeth. Despite everything I’ve tried, this is WORKING. I used to brush her teeth multiple times a week, use coconut oil, even a tarter scraper to try and get it off. Nothing worked. I’m on month 2 and have been seeing results like crazy. All of her thick, yellow/ brown tarter is vanishing and scraping right off. Before she could hardly eat kibble without crying literal tears, now she eats it no problem. I wish I could submit pictures to this review for proof. Absolutely insane how well this product works. I’ll be curious to see if it helps her gum inflammation too. I will note that dogs with sensitive stomachs may not tolerate it, but that’s a common thing with brown algae in dogs. If so start with a tiny bit until they work up their tolerance.

Makes me dogs breath smell good. Seems like it's keeping the tartar at bay. Very happy with products.

My dog has been on the probiotic since February and we have been diligent to ensure he did not miss a day as we were so hopeful this would work based on reviews. Unfortunately, we have not noticed any change in his behaviour when it comes to chewing his feet in the 6 months he has been taking the probiotic. He is still taking the product until he has finished it.

My credit card was stolen and used to purchase pet products from this company. When I called them to cancel the order and they refuses. They claimed they could not cancel it because I didn’t have the email from the order. The email would be from the thief who placed the order, of course I don’t have that. I provided them with all the other information including credit card number, address associated with said card, and amount of the charges. They still refused. So now a fraudster is enjoying their stolen pet products. Greed over integrity.

Great product BUT Customer service needs an update

About 3-4 years ago when I noticed my dogs limping in his walks & literally crying during winter season . I started looking around what’s the best supplement to help my dogs issue PETLAB jointcare did that , noticed the changes after I think 4-6 weeks on it . Thankful & happy with the results since it’s not cheap but it’s really worth it.
Now with PETLAB customer service that’s where I got turned off luckily I subscribed it through AMAZON that fixed the issue I’m in wiith PETLAB.

I have cancelled this

My 10 year-old Westie has always had problems with brown feet as always licking them and problems with mucky ears, dispute numerous vet visits.
She’s been on the PetLabCo Chew for about six weeks and I can’t believe the difference in her.
I know it’s early days but I’m really hoping this is going to help her especially as she gets older.
