Easy to use and excellent customer service
The account was easy to open and the app is easy to use. My account transferred from Beehive Money to Nottingham Building Society while I had it and there was no disruption at all. When I withdrew my money to purchase a property, I had a deadline to meet from my mortgage provider. I called customer service and got through very quickly. Anthony Huckstep was extremely helpful and was able to process my request on the phone, allowing me to meet the mortgage deadline.
I’m keeping the same account open to save for retirement because I have been very happy with the service.

Moved an ISA from VM to Nottingham BS.
Opened account with NBS having had notification from VM that my ISA was ending. Left details ,sort code etc, Had previously visited branch to inquire about viewing my existing ISA online - given Info from counter staff. Now some 4 weeks later all done - transfer completed - Both viewable online
