The staff in the Louth branch was very helpful. Offered my husband and myself a drink as it was very hot weather. I explained that l am not very confident with computers. I wanted to set up another ISA and Julie Towse clearly explained the differences in what was on offer. So l set up another ISA straight away. Then the same lady sorted my husbands accounts out. The 'in branch' service is important to me. Speaking to someone face to face, means you can see that they have understood your request, and they can see you have understood their reply. So no room for error, and you can complete the transaction with confidence.

The Nottingham building society is wonderful, because it is old school with pass books face to face contact and telephone contact to branch as well as allocated appointments. We have only recently moved our accounts to them. Thoroughly recommend them to anyone.
