I am very impressed by Nottingham. First of all they offered a very fixed ISA interest rate. Then their customer service helped me brilliantly with the transfer-in process of my old ISA. Last but not least the whole transfer was arranged within two working days. Not much loss of interest. Can recommend!

Lovely welcome
Greeted by Martin and a lady (sorry didn't catch her name) in a very friendly manner. I was offered a drink (which I declined) whilst the transactions I was wanting happened. Martin took me into the office where I was given privacy for the transactions. Martin ensured I understood and was happy with my decisions. I was escorted to the door on my departure.

First class customer service
First class customer service and very pleasant staff whilst setting up an ISA, including keeping me updated when money was deposited into my account. Just great being able to see and speak to PEOPLE rather than being detached and doing everything on line.
