Transfer time extremely excessive compared to the other banks and financial institutions I use
Using the app was OK.
What astounde me was reading that my transaction may take until tomorrow to be sent.
All the accounts I usually use the transfer is instant.
In this respect YBS are way behind. I shall be seriously considering my future with them

Very easy to open an ISA. The staff at the Agency in Mere Green, Sutton Coldfield extremely helpful. Definitely went the extra mile. Would highly recommend them

Years ago I had a mortgage with Yorkshire Building Society and they were excellent then so decided to come back with them to save joining them has been the easiest, fastest process ive ever had the app is so easy and user friendly.
