Excellent!
I had some anxiety about sending my phone away for assessment but there was nothing to worry about. I had $650 in my account 72 hours later, absolutely no issues. Can’t recommend the service enough.

I am very impressed with the service…
I am very impressed with the service received from Mobile Guru. I decided to go with the self post option as I was interstate and opt for a payment into my bank account. They sent me the print label for Express Post to them straight away and I sent them the phone immediately. It took 1 day to reach them and they evaluated itstraight away. The buy back price that they offered me was very reasonable and fair so I decided to go ahead with the sale. They then processed my payment and I received it the same day. I highly recommend Mobile Guru to recycle your mobile phones and I Trust them 100% Try them, you won't be disappointed. Two thumbs up indubitably 👍👍

Fast and easy
I've used Mobile Guru a few times now and always had a great experience. Their trade-in prices for used phones are very fair, and the process is smooth and easy. Service is professional and quick — I received my payment promptly each time. Definitely recommend them if you're looking to sell or trade in your phone!
