Exactly 2 weeks after my 12 month warranty expired, the battery on my iphone 14 started running down so quickly that's it's virtually useless unless I can keep it charging constantly. I contacted Frank Mobile customer service & they advised that as the warranty had expired, there was nothing they could do. What a waste of money.

Great experience but I bought a Prime condition IPhone that I realised after delivery had a scratch across the screen and I expected Prime condition so I was disappointed. I had no other issues and the battery was 100%, I received a response very quickly and they sorted the issue out straight away, with no problem. I highly recommend them.

Fast delivery and phone exactly as described. It appears as new. The battery life isn’t stunning but that may well be a feature of this particular model.

I love that I can get a decent second hand phone, inexpensive, great condition and soooo quickly!

Honestly, such an unexpectedly good experience!
I bought a few phones to test return some that I didn’t like, and use the credit to buy something else. So a fairly complex interaction but the support and service was stellar the whole way.
I’ve recommended Frank to all my friends, I think two of whom have already bought as well!

I am OK with second hand items. It just means that I am fully accountable for checking what I am going to buy and happy with the quality before I pay for it.

Second hand smartphones, though, can be challenging as there is only so much I can check as a non tech savvy person with limited tools to check a phone. "Refurbished" smartphones imply that they've been checked. There are plenty of refurbished phones on the internet for sale on marketplaces. But who checks them? What is being checked? What tools do they use? What is the criteria? Can I trust that check at all?

Well, that's where Frank, in my opinion, answers all these questions and, importantly, giving assurance of the high quality checks and ultimately the quality of the refurbished phones, they offer 12 months warranty. This is it for me. This is like a proper car dealership that sells second hand cars: checks them, repairs them and sells them in good condition giving 12 months warranty. Nothing wrong with that.

Just as there are many car dealerships, there seem to be many sellers of refurbished smartphones. Although, they all sell on marketplaces. While Frank has its own "dealership" so to speak, which appeals to me more: it is more direct customer service, more transparency hence more trust, slightly lower prices due to bypassing the "middleman" fees of marketplaces.

The iphone 14 Pro was just what I needed. It was received in Prime condition and continues to work very well.
The delivery was prompt and packaging secure.

I have not experienced any issues at all, and recommend Frank Mobile for an uncomplicated and reliable process.
