Put in an order on Monday dropped the phone at the shop and got paid Wednesday. Very good and speedy service.

They make the process very easy. Just enter the make, model, storage and condition and they show the expected price and the postage label is automatically generated. They acknowledge receipt of the mobile very promptly and within 24 hours they’ve tested and informed me of the results. I am very pleased how seemless it is and I received the money the next day. I would recommend Mobile Guru. Their prices and business practices are reasonable and fair.

Fairly seamless experience, amount paid was reasonable, although if you're selling iPhone's make sure you remove them from your iCloud account as that can cause a delay.

I sold my old iPhone 6S plus to Mobile Guru and was able to get money for it, albeit not a lot given the older phone. The process was very easy, mailing label was supplied after I submitted my info online. Money was credited to my bank account after they emailed me and I agreed to the price after they reviewed the condition of my phone. Overall a positive experience and I would recommend.

Very easy to get a quote for a used Android phone, then send it in and get paid. Although the final amount was less than the quote, I agreed with their finding. Easier than trying to sell on FB or eBay.

Do not recommend, brought a second hand iPhone for $700 and my little sister locked herself out. Apple refused to unlock it because we weren’t the original owners. Now left with a miserable teen and 700$ short. They refused to do anything. Do not recommend.

Very disappointed, I mistakenly sent in a phone i had not yet created an order for. Upon realising, I of course contacted Mobileguru. 10days later and 4+ emails about this issue have gone completely unanswered.
I am a regular customer and find it very unprofessional that every email has been completely ignored. Not even a 'we'll look into it' makes me very suspicious. I have provided all the revelant information such as tracking and imei for them to easily check. As a long time customer I hate to have to write a bad review, but I am hoping this will get me a response

The quickest way to sell your mobile! The process was very simple, fair pricing, they organize the shipping label, and once you posted it, it only took 2-3 days for the payment to arrive in your nominated bank account. Very recommended!

Such an easy experience. I had 2 phones that I'd been looking to sell, and just filled in the info about the state of the phone and got the expres postage label. Was only a few days between when I sent it to when the money was in my account. Super easy and good pricing!
