The delivery was quick and when I had a problem it was replaced. I am happy with my new phone.

Ordered a phone and paid my money to be told that they have cancelled my order and I have to wait five days for a refund. JOKE

We bought a refurbished iphone13. The battery capacity was only 79%. When i contacted MF to report they didn't hesitate to offer a full replacement. We loved the phone & it was otherwise in excellent condition. So they replaced the battery with a new one. They communicated with us throughout the entire process and even provided express post prepaid labels for its return.

Couldn't fault Mobile Federation on the recent purchase of my refurbished iPhone 13. It was in near perfect condition with a brand new battery, delivered within a few days. Very happy Jan!

The first phone was overheating so return it and in the meantime purchased another phone. Was refund for the faulty one. Great customer service and great prices. Have purchased twice now and recommended to friends and family whom have also purchased from here. 10/10

Although we had a few early communication problems caused by an email issue, everything was handled beautifully once contact was made. The staff were prompt, professional and extremely courteous and helpful. I’m very pleased with the final result, so much so that we bought a second phone only a month later for my husband.

After investigating suppliers of refurbished mobile phone I choice Mobilefederation based on price and buyer ratings/comments. This is the second phone I have purchased from them. I assisted my daughter to purchase a phone from Mobilefederation as the type of phone she wanted exceeded my budget for her, by adding some of her own money she got a newer phone like she wanted with the extra features.
