Advised good condition phone would recieve $460. Phone cleaned and sent in good condition. Recieved report stating cracks on screen which was incorrect as had screen protector on. Offered $360 … phone re sold on website for $669.

I was a bit worried at first about selling both our mobiles but we thought we would take the plunge and we are so happy we did - everything was so easy right from putting phone details into their application - we received a printable reply post label, sent it off and we got a message from Mobile Guru the next day - then they reviewed our phones and gave us the option on the friday to accept or decline the offer, and the $440 for both phones was in our account by the tuesday - very happy and will definitely use Mobile Guru again 👍
