Simple process and pays better than the rest!
Really simple process online. After sending my phone via post, I received a message a couple of days later with an assessment of my phone quality and the amount of money I was offered. All I had to do was reply 'yes' to the offer in their email and that was it, money transferred. I received more money than what the competitors were offering so I will definitely be using this service again in the future with Mobile Guru!

Sold my old phone to The Mobile Guru
Sold my old phone to The Mobile Guru. Super easy process. They gave me a quote, I posted the phone to them using the postage label they emailed me, and a couple of days later the money was transferred to my bank account. Easy cash for an unwanted phone. Also good to know that my phone gets a second lease on life.

Would not use again
Like others on this site, sent in phone in what was definitely good condition and a quoted price for purchase, then they claimed the phone was not in good conditions and had "deep scratches". They provided a video which did not enable you to see what they were claiming, then followed with a picture which was similar. There were not deep scratches on the phone when I sent it in and for a five year old phone was in very good condition, including the screen. The rest of the process was fine and worked well but felt screwed over. I was going to go through Apple who quoted just slightly less and wish I had done so. Would not use them again.

Most amazing service
Most amazing service I have ever received.
Filled out the sell my phone request at around 10pm on Tuesday, then I dropped the phone off to them at their office the next day (Wednesday), money was in my account later that same day.
Unbelievably fast service and great communication as well.
