Being new to Business and the necessary Insurances needed I cannot praise Simon Raphael enough - He has guided me through every stage and gone that extra mile to make sure I fully understood and had the tools I needed to incorporate the different types of insurances in our Sales offers. This so-called guarantee is worthless. It doesn't guarantee that if the job was badly done it will be fixed. The contractor has to have gone out of business as well. So when the contractor told me all his work is guaranteed for 10 years, he was not being honest.

Absolute shocking, do nothing at all to cover you, if a company says they are with these, DO NOT purchase, it's a total blag, ripping off T***S.
