Simon is absolutely fantastic from the get go made life very easy for me as I’m not very good with computers but he took lead and made everything so smooth

I’d contacted 5 different ‘leading’ brokers supplied by RECC, there was only Simon Raphael at CPA who made the effort to call and explain how everything worked and costs. Others just sent an auto email with no real explanation.
Simon also went out of his way to get my membership arranged very quick due to our upcoming MCS assessment.
Very impressed, given that customer service these days seems to have been forgotten, Simon has been excellent from start to finish
