Customer service very helpful once accessed!
Having written an extremely negative review due to a broken device and being unable to get any response from this supplier, they then responded and were extremely helpful in getting the product to work (the jury’s still out on whether it will continue to work but that’s not their fault!). It’s worth persevering if you don’t get a reply immediately as they do have good customer service, you just need to know how to access it!

Great prices and speedy delivery
Great prices and the equipment is delivered really quickly. I've ordered a full Dahua CCTV system in the past which was really good, so when I moved house I went straight back to CCTV Store to order another system, as there wasn't another company who really compared to them.

This is a great product
