**Professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful**
Interconnective are always professional and very knowledgeable about their products. Whenever I speak to their team on the phone, they are extremely helpful, take the time to answer my questions and never make me feel rushed.
LG Security Services Ltd uses their guard-tour NFC tagging and lone-worker handsets, which are perfect for our company and for improving the safety and accountability of our lone workers. Their next-day delivery service is also excellent, ensuring we receive the equipment we need quickly.
I would highly recommend Interconnective to any security company looking for reliable equipment, fast delivery and excellent customer service.

We are sorry that there was an issue with the courier on this occasion.
We use ParcelForce for our next day deliveries as they have historically been a lot better than the other major couriers. Despite paying for an AM Guaranteed delivery, they did not deliver the package until the following day. This issue was escalated and the investigation is ongoing with them.
Again, our apologies for the delayed delivery.

Initial set up of the camera was easy, and although not used yet for real seems easy to use.

Good retail experience.
Ordered late in the night on Wednesday, dispatched Thursday, delivered Friday. Emails from start to finish and the Klick Fast kit is really good. Great price too.
