Helpful, would use again

One camera ordered went missing, but they were quick to resolve the issue. Items appear genuine Hikvision and they were really helpful on the phone, so would use again and recommend.

No item and no response to email.

It's been 10 days since I placed an order, and beyond the initial email response i've heard nothing, no item, no response to my email asking for update. Only email correspondence i've had is pestering me for a feedback review - here you go.

Quality goods & service

The cable I ordered was just what I needed and sorted a very annoying problem for me. A great quality HDMI lead, fast free delivery. All in all a great transaction.

Very fast dispatch of the order

Very fast dispatch of the order, arrived within 3 days. Great prices. The latest Colorvu 3 cameras are brilliant. Superb images and full colour at night. AcuSense stops so many false alerts unlike the previous system it’s replaced. This is the 2nd system I’ve ordered from them.
