What a great company to deal with. I first had dealings in 2017 and have recently returned for another purchase, Jonny whom I dealt with this time was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable helping me with advice on my recent purchase and prices are very competitive. Once I had my product selected, payment was simple and delivery was next day. I couldn’t be more satisfied and would recommend them to anyone needing CCTV equipment.

Exceptional customer service. I messed my order up, and they made it quick and easy to return the wrong items and send me what I needed. They rang me in response to my email requesting help, and then followed up the conversation with an email. Their approach definitely instills confidence and trust.

I bought a replacement Hikvision NVR and a camera upgrade.

I thought it would be an “easy” plug n play swap.

I got 90% completed myself, but then got bogged down with some Technical issues. The internet usually helps, but the new NVR 5.0 vpro is a little different.

I called CCTV Global, with little hope that they might have somebody available to help.

Johnny answered and fired up a similar system and talked me through the issues - twice.

The initial purchase / delivery was very good.

The unexpected back-up support was superb.

Recommended without any hesitation - and that is rare as hens teeth.

Faultless experience. I called them to seek advice before ordering a kit. I was surprised to find that they actually recommended a cheaper kit that better suited my needs. Order came in the next day even though I missed the cut off time. I had a minor issue which came out to be my broadband speed which they helped me to diagnose after installation. I will definitely use them again in the future.
