Box Co have officially saved my marriage… and my wardrobe space.

After bravely suggesting that some of my wife’s clothes “might not currently be in active rotation dangerous territory, we decided the safest solution was professional storage. Enter Box Co.

From booking to collection, everything was smooth, organised and genuinely stress free. The team were punctual, polite and handled the boxes like they were storing crown jewels which, to be fair, some of those outfits probably are.

Now our home feels bigger, my wardrobe can breathe again, and I’ve learned that it doesn’t fit right now absolutely does not mean it’s leaving forever. It just means Box Co are looking after it.

Professional service, fair pricing, zero drama unlike my initial suggestion.

At first I was a little skeptical but the service was amazing I had booked for just a month and due to no delivery being available during my one month period I was charged for a second month but the box and co company didn’t take any return fees from me and reverted the second month charge into delivery charges . If this was any other company I’m pretty sure they have have charged me so I’m very pleased and will be booking with them again very soon .

So far so good. The driver came to collect the boxes on time.

This company is not trustworthy at all, cost me around £400 to store 7 boxes for 3 months. I paid for my delivery date for a specific day as I booked it off work, they didn’t turn up. Finally got my belongings a week after scheduled and a fair few of my items had smashed in the journey despite being bubble wrapped. I’ve been trying to get some sort of compensation for months now, and I’m just met with ‘we’re still processing this request’ or I simply get ignored. Genuinely a joke of a company, please steer far from, especially if you’re a uni student like me, they’ve rinsed me for so much money and they claim it’s cost effective. Please be careful with this company.

Amazing for uni storage. Cheap, fast and they were very prompt with the collection. Customer support answered all my questions and were on hand to help over the weekend.

Very impressed. Not usually someone that reviews but the service was very efficient. A great guy showed up to collect all my stuff and take it to storage. Was able to book and have everything collected within 24 hours. Thanks

I've paid, I've waited, No one to answer. I am waiting since 7am for the collection to be made. 5 and a half hours later still waiting for customer service to get back to me.
