Great delivery service

Great experience, especially when driver (Usam) collected the stuff. I live on the 3rd floor and he was super nice and helpful regardless of having to bring 5 heavy boxes down the stairs

Terry came to collect my moving boxes. He has been super helpful and nice.

The delivery company were very helpful and courteous and were happy to put my boxes etc into whichever room I needed them to go into. They were diligent and friendly in their work and I am very happy with the job they carried out.

The whole process of booking was super easy and the video survey put my mind at ease to reassure me that I had booked the correct service for the amount of things I needed moving from house to house. The day of the move ran very smoothly with the two movers keeping me updated on their expected arrival, once they arrived they were very careful handling my belongings and had the van packed up in no time. Receiving my stuff the other end was just as efficient as the pickup. The young mover named "Nahor" went above and beyond of what was expected of him and he is a real asset to Lovespace. I would highly recommend using this company if moving house or from a single room in a house/flatshare.

Their comms and customer service is poor. Each staff member I spoke to gave me a different response and then another response was communicated by their automated chatbot.

I signed up to a Survey Call (a requirement of the process) and the staff member was 25 mins late joining, with no explanation or apology for late joining.

I needed to re-arrange delivery and I spoke and received an email from their team to say this was possible and then was later told that the change carried a fee of £199.00. If the fee for change had been communicated to me when I made the change to the order, I wouldn't have made the change. LOVESPACE must have realised their mistake as they reduced the fee charged to £99.00 - however this is high and hard to swallow when the error would appear to be on their part rather than the customer. On their automated system, it clearly says that a change to delivery comes at a fee of £20.

If I hadn't paid a deposit I would look to cancel this collection and storage and look elsewhere.

Writing this review as a warning to all as their team doesn't seem to always know the company's policies and practices and it can prove very costly to the consumer.

My experience with Lovespace has been excellent. The team is small, but they understand your needs and let you choose from various options they have with them for the transport and storage of any stuff you want.
I was happy with the performance of the guy who had come to help us out. He was very cooperative and flexible with the timings and stuff to take. Something which can change once you start packing.

I stored my luggage with lovespace for two months. Throughout this time I never worried about my luggage because I was rest-assured from my interaction with the lovespace team that my luggage was in safe hands. Moreover, as a student, the expense of storage was fully affordable. As a student, I would recommend lovespace to each and every student. By storing your luggage with lovespace, you not only avail secure storage but also prompt response from lovespace team for your query.
Furthermore, the process of storing luggage with lovespace is supereasy. You just have to make an account and select a collection date and time. Lovespace sends their own collection partner to you. And they also deliver your luggage back to you. What could be more convenient than this!

Their customer service is proactive, friendly and helpful. I stored my stuff with Lovespace for a longer duration (12+ months) and they took care of everything really well. The boxes and other items look exactly like I left with them all those months ago. Lovespace are comparatively affordable, with the addition of providing pickups and deliveries to the location. I would choose them again.

Everything was bad. Firstly, they truly have the most terrible customer service ever. Slow, rude and very inconsiderate of your questions, where they reply vaguely. Delivery was fine, but nothing can really go wrong with storing boxes in a facility for a while. They exploit international students by hiking up tremendous prices, and false advertising. I paid for premium delivery to my room, and when I arrived it was sitting in reception. Not to mention my constant back and forward with different team members and staff trying to ask for a specific time slot (afternoon) and them giving me different answers. Eventually, they told me to secure a specific time (afternoon onwards) I needed to pay more for EACH box. I did it because I did not want to risk the company taking back my box if my train to my new accommodation was late and having to pay all over again, so I did.

Unsurprisingly, they didn’t stick to their promise. Luckily I arrived in time to receive my boxes after calling and telling them to wait for me and stating I paid extra just for them to come at the wrong time. After filing a complaint about the whole experience, I got refunded some money back for the premium delivery fee and time slot addition fee, but truly it was terrible

Would NOT choose again despite it being so recommended. They are inconsiderate, lazy and do not try to satisfy customers since they are already so established among students.

Our Courier Ally was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me out. He kindly waited until I got back to my hotel and then carried all the boxes up to the room.

Sebastian and Terry are excellent in communicating arrival time and delivering and collecting boxes efficiently. Friendly staff!

Lovespace functions on a book your delivery basis. They have charges of £7 for a full day window 7am-5pm, or more expensive services £10 for weekend and morning deliveries. Having booked the service for materials delivery on a Saturday (booked 1 week and a half in advance, with enough notice), my materials are due to arrive on Monday. There is no service support for this as everything redirects you to Royal Mail once the item is dispatched. It defeats the purpose of paying more to ensure that materials are delivered on a non-working day. This happened multiple times and while their materials are good, their reliance on royal mail never guaranteed trusted and reliable transport having to order other boxes from Amazon before move out date anyways.

It was such a smooth process and everyone was really helpful at all points along the way. My delivery person, Sebastian, was so kind and helpful and I felt so relieved. The pick up process was so easy and quick! Moving is so stressful but this made everything better.

The driver Afzal arrived on time to collect my boxes and the process was easy and smooth. Also handle the boxes with great care.
