Broke My Belongings & Delivered after promised!

This company is not trustworthy at all, cost me around £400 to store 7 boxes for 3 months. I paid for my delivery date for a specific day as I booked it off work, they didn’t turn up. Finally got my belongings a week after scheduled and a fair few of my items had smashed in the journey despite being bubble wrapped. I’ve been trying to get some sort of compensation for months now, and I’m just met with ‘we’re still processing this request’ or I simply get ignored. Genuinely a joke of a company, please steer far from, especially if you’re a uni student like me, they’ve rinsed me for so much money and they claim it’s cost effective. Please be careful with this company.

hidden fees & dissapointment

I have ended up spending over £400+ to store 7 boxes for less than 2 months. My possessions were not delivered when they said they would be, ended up losing money from taking a day off work, to which they have offered no sort of compensation. I’m a student also and this honestly has been one of the worst experiences, the company is full of hidden fees and a lack of communication/responsibility. My boxes are still currently in their storage when they should’ve been delivered yesterday, I wasn’t informed as to why I didn’t receive them until I chased it up, only to be told that the van had broken down and they would try and find another driver but can’t promise anything, if not tomorrow. Well! It’s tomorrow and the driver didn’t pick up my boxes, so now I must wait until Tuesday, again offered no sort of compensation for the lack of professionalism. I would certainly keep my distance from this business and try to find a local storage unit if possible, they are still trying to charge me for the boxes also even though they shouldn’t still have them in the first place.

AWFUL COMPANY

Little to no response in regards to extortionate charges, that don't make sense at all. The invoices supplied are confusing and again do not make sense. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They take money out of your account without reason and when you try to challenge them it's impossible to get through.
