Taking 2 months to move my money -losing lot of unrealised gains
I've been with Vanguard for many years, but I'm planning to leave them. Their service has really deteriorated: it's taking 2 months to move part of my ISA away from Vanguard to a different provider, when it should take up to 1 month. Moreover, I was asked to sell the shares immediately - meaning that besides my transfer not being completed, I also lost a lot on unrealised gains due to me having to liquidate the shares so early, and having the cash sitting idle for 2 months. This is unacceptable. I should also mention the very poor app, where many operations are not enabled yet - I've never seen a poorer experience in my life.
I would suggest anybody to try equally cheap providers (AJ Bells an example) that also offer a larger variety of funds and a better app experience.

The free trial doesn't do justice to the full experience. I feel it could be enriched if I could ask questions directly rather than going to ChatGPT to find additional clarifications. It mostly has the right amount of challenge.

Technological barriers and impossible bureaucracy
I'm a client. I need to communicate my new address;
I just discovered that I can't update my address on the web, but I need to do it through the Halifax app. So, I downloaded the app but cannot log in because apparently it's not possible to receive the automated call while abroad. The only other way to get a one-time password is to have it PHYSICALLY posted, but I cannot receive it because obviously I have changed my address. How can someone update the address in this way? Please remove all these technological barriers, it's becoming impossible to deal with this bank. It relies only on PHYSICAL POST and an app, while denying all the other digital options to do normal things!

Bans users with no explanations or clear accusations
I have been banned from the app without receiving any explanation or proof of my wrongdoing.
I have repeatedly asked which term of use I have violated, noting that to my knowledge I haven't violated any. Replies from the company have been evasive "Unfortunately, we cannot provide any more detailed information at this time".
An unjustified behaviour that doesn't let the user neither to learn from their errors, and neither, above all, defend themselves from fake accusations.
I strongly recommend to avoid this platform.

Perhaps the best company I have ever dealt with
Perhaps the best company I have ever dealt with. Excellent customer service: I used the service for the first time and I accessed the chat so many times asking so many questions. Each time, whether on a weekend, weekdays, day, night, bank holidays, I was able to speak with a human operator after max 1 minute of wait. All the operators were fully knowledgeable and always able to assist.

Great human assistants, awful chatbot…
EDF human assistants are great and helpful, the chatbot is awful which is not justified since the advent of
ChatGPT. It would also be great to stick to a single operator for the query instead of multiple ones and also instead of going through the chatbot every time I need to resume conversation
