Outstanding service. Mathew was quick responding to my initial enquiry, extremely helpful explaining the process with prompt replies to any of my queries throughout. He produced a very detailed report including lots of photographs which was returned on same day as the survey.

A thorough survey with copious photographs and very quick turnaround - I had the report on the same day as the survey. Also a good price.

I was very impressed with Swift Home Surveys. Mathew did a very comprehensive Level 2 Home buyer report for us, complete with a host of useful photographs. It was very well priced compared to the other quotes we received, and undertaken very promptly.

Being a first time buyer, I don’t really have any experience in what to look out for. I spoke with Mathew and he walked me through the process and levels of what the survey offers. After the survey was completed, the report turn over was brilliant! Survey was done Monday morning & I had the report same day in the evening.

I obviously had some questions about the survey as again, no real experience and Mathew was really helpful in answering them and advising me next steps to take.

The service we received from Swift Home Surveys was excellent. As scheduled, Mathew surveyed a property for us on what turned out to be the hottest day on record. As promised, we received the report and a valuation the following day. The format was well presented and the content was detailed but easy to follow. It also included a large number of coloured photos to highlight the points mentioned. Mathew also
courteously answered my follow-up questions clearly a few days later. All-in-all, we are very happy with his service and would not hesitate to engage him again.

I used swift home surveys for a RICS level 2 survey on a potential house purchase. Mathew the surveyor responded quickly to my initial queries, provided a reasonable quote and performed the survey in a competitive timescale. The survey came back very quickly and was clear and extensive and included many supporting photographs. The surveyor was available to answer any of my queries. Overall I received a friendly, quickly service and based on my experience I would recommend this company.
