Iona made the experience of exploring, and ultimately taking, a new opportunity so easy. I was set in the job I had but when she reached out and explained the role she was helping to fill, I was immediately put at ease and trusted her opinion. Along the way she constantly checked in to see how I was feeling about it - not purely in a work pov, but more at a personal level. I always felt like she truly cared about what was best for me.
