I had an outstanding experience with Storm4, and I’m thrilled to share my positive feedback. Harry Hook, their headhunter, is by far the best recruiter I have worked with. He is quick and goes beyond simply connecting you with the employer and scheduling interviews; he takes the time to educate you about his client, their business and their expectations and checking up with me after every interview session. Harry was incredibly proactive, quickly identifying and addressing my concerns with his clients and made sure both me and his client were happy with our bargain.

Harry reached out to me, and within less than 24 hours, I was interviewing with the COO of the company. In just 48 hours, I had an interview with the CEO, then the CFO, and just over a week, I had a first offer in hand. I started working today as Global Business Development Manager, exactly two weeks from the day Harry initially contacted me.

I would highly recommend Storm4 to anyone seeking new opportunities at top international companies. Their professionalism and efficiency are unmatched.

My experience with Storm4 Recruitment (Levin Group) was a disaster. From the start, they were overly pushy—constantly asking me to adjust deadlines and trying to force candidates who were clearly not the right fit. It felt like they were more interested in making a quick placement than genuinely understanding my needs as a client. The whole approach was unprofessional and, frankly, unethical.

It all made sense when I found out about the deeper issues at play. On July 18th, Storm4 went bankrupt, and instead of taking responsibility, the CEO, and the rest of the management team abandoned their employees without any communication or support. Staff in Hamburg and Amsterdam were left unpaid and completely in the dark while the company continued hiring in London and New York. Employees have lost trust, and it's clear they're struggling with staffing—they probably can’t keep up, and it shows in their desperate client approach. Storm4 is falling apart.

I strongly advise against doing business with Storm4. The company is falling apart, and their internal chaos puts your money and processes at serious risk. With ongoing instability, there’s a high chance they won’t be able to deliver on their commitments, leaving you with unfinished projects and poor results. Storm4 is on a steep decline, and you don’t want to get caught in the fallout. Look for a more reliable partner before this situation impacts your business too.

Storm4 Recruitment deserves the worst review imaginable. On July 18th, the company was declared bankrupt, and what does the management do? They pull out the investors’ money, leaving all the employees in Hamburg and Amsterdam completely stranded.

No salary in June, no communication whatsoever from the CEO, CFO, or the investors—absolutely nothing. It’s disgraceful how they abandon their staff without any explanation or support.

But that’s not all. While they leave their own people in the lurch, they happily continue hiring new staff in London and New York. This shows how little they care about their employees and how they’re only focused on their own gain. This company is an absolute disaster, and I would strongly advise anyone against ever having anything to do with Storm4 Recruitment.

Piruz did a wonderful job of maintaining a line of communication throughout the interview process and provided helpful remarks and quick feedback during the offer and signing process.

Mason from Storm4 contacted me about an opportunity in the renewables industry that I was interested in, but I was already a couple of weeks into the interview process with another recruiter for a position that I could not turn down. I told Mason that I was already in the process of interviewing for another position so he was going to have to really expedite the process for his position if we were going to have success. Mason was extremely diligent about moving the processes along. He checked in frequently with me and my eventual employer, and we were successful in getting a job offer the day after I got an offer from the other employer. I am so grateful that Mason made the effort to move things forward quickly and successfully help me find employment, and I couldn't recommend Storm4 more!

Had a good experience with storm4. Got a job that pays better than my previous role and in my field despite the job market being slow at the moment. Worked with Anthony who was very helpful and responsive. Was clear that they were on my side and did a good job selling me to the company. Usually when a recruiter/staffing company reaches out to me randomly, it doesn’t even lead to an interview. This company is different, they guided me through many rounds of technical interviews and helped me secure a solid role at a reputable company.

Oscar from Storm4 contacted me a few months ago to see if I'd be interested in advancing my career in the renewables industry, and he was extremely helpful and diligent along the way. He checked in frequently with me and potential employers, always presented me with roles that were well aligned with my skills and goals, and overall was professional and helpful, able to quickly answer any questions I had. Oscar's hard work and guidance helped me land a new role within a few months, and I couldn't recommend Storm4 more!

I originally worked with Josh Holberry... but have recently been transferred to Ross Byrne. His team is great, and he checks up with me frequently to make sure I am set up for success.

Steph and Joe have been very supporting during the whole process, from interviewing to onboarding. They check-in at right time and respond quickly to make sure everything was going well and collecting the feedback from both sides to ensure both side are satisfied. It was great pleasure working with them, and I have successfully landed the job and enjoyed this new opportunity.

Working with Storm4, specifically Sophia, has been nothing short of an incredible experience. I have worked with her both as a candidate and as a client and she provides top notch service.

I've thoroughly enjoyed working with her on both ends of the table and she will be my first call when I need to use a recruiter again. She's someone you can count on to get the job done and get it done right.

I recently worked with Sophia to find a new role and she made the entire process very easy. Sophia was very intentional in understanding what was important for me in a new role, including all the intangible aspects. She communicated frequently, always ensuring I had the information I needed to be informed or getting feedback on parts of the processes. This continuous feedback loop is one thing that stands out to me as a differentiator between other firms - we constantly had information shared between us that helped us prepare for the next step.
