in general, I have some issue with some of my previse order cancelation several times for a reason I can’t understand so far.
I don’t know why you cannot send extra boxes to my address if my previous order on the way?!!
By the way I have a deferent Address and I do the order to avoid getting the Cigar where I live “Saudi Arabia”
You can check the correspondence with your team …
your shipment time takes at least around one month’s minimum and every time from different places when I placed one order for 50 pieces special you have cancel the order and I couldn’t place the same order again so I had to buy two boxes instead ,quality is OK
Your terms and conditions sometimes it’s not clear for me and looking to have better service
Really you have a good website putting in mind there is another supplier called Swiss Cigar, if I found any more issue with SOLO CIGAR I will try to try them.
