Happy client

I've been a client for many years and everything has been perfect. Their software (the one I use is Waltr 2) really helps me organise my videos on my iPad, and every now and then I change computer and need to move my license, which means I need to email them to ask them for help, and they always respond immediately (the last time this happened was yesterday). Errors across multiple PCs for…

Errors across multiple PCs for WaltrPro. AI based support provided generic assistance that did not help. Support unable to assist prior to subscription expiring and no offer of subscription extension to enable them to help me troubleshoot and actually use the product. Do not recommend, money for nothing.

Following the response from Softorino - I emailed their support to get a refund. After some delay, they advised that my subscription is already cancelled (which wasn’t a concern, I cancelled it as their product didn’t work). I was then advised that my refund request was over 30 days and declined as per their policy. This experience is an example of their lack of customer service.

I replied back to support advising that I was offered a refund here on Trustpilot. They replied today stating that I will not be getting a refund.

After reiterating to support for the 4th time I was offered a refund on trustpilot, they asked I provide a screenshot. Once I provided it I was given a 50% refund of the total I paid for the non functioning product. Overall - don’t recommend the hassle.

David, this one's on us. Getting generic AI replies when you're paying for software and running out of trial time is exactly the wrong experience, and you're right to call it out.

A few things: our support is run by real people, not a bot — so something went wrong in how your tickets got handled. And we should have paused or extended your subscription while we troubleshot.

We'd like to actually fix this. Email us directly at support@softorino.app, put "Trustpilot - David" in the subject, and we'll make sure you either get WALTR PRO working across your PCs or get a full refund. Whichever you want.

Software wouldn't work on my computer for some reason. But Softorino very supportive and eventually provided a complete refund.

Softorino has cool apps that are well supported!

Softorino’s Volume Concierge 2 app is a great little tool that assures my computer volume is not accidentally set too high at inappropriate times. I have it set to automatically reduce my volume close to bedtime so no one in my house gets awoken by some stray notification.

I am thrilled with their product support team, especially for the quick and personal attention they gave me for such a small app when I ran into a minor license issue. They got their back-end technical staff to quickly identify the root cause and told me exactly how to resolve my issue.

You can trust Softorino to have cool apps that are well supported by personal product support staff.

Brett, thanks for writing this. Volume Concierge 2 is one of our smaller apps and it doesn't get a lot of attention publicly, so it's nice seeing someone actually use it the way it was meant to be used — the bedtime auto-reduce thing is exactly the use case we built it for.
And yeah, small app or not, every license issue gets the same treatment. Appreciate you noticing that!

Great customer service

Software was easy to use and recommended by Apple support. It didn't work on my old ipod nano, customer service was excellent. Responded quickly and refunded promptly.

Thanks for this. Old iPod Nano support is one of those things we keep trying to stretch as far as we can, but some of the older models just won't cooperate anymore — Apple stopped giving us much to work with. Refund was the right call. Glad the team handled it well!

Softorino: Great Apps & Customer Service

I really like the Softorino apps. In addition, they have excellent customer service. I accidentally renewed my Universal License under a different email address, which resulted in 2 payments. When I contacted Softorino, they refunded the 2nd payment immediately.
