Complete nightmare and false advertising

Complete nightmare. Bought PC World promotion bundle of all apps after being assured by Softorino transfer of music from iPad to mac was supported. Could not activate software for over 24 hrs because codes were not sent to Softorino. Had multiple dwnld and activation issues to finally get apps loaded. Most are useless. The one I needed, AltTunes for Mac is not available "coming in future". Wasted my time and $. Company rep lied to me.

WORST activation system and VERY LATE support

UPDATE 01/28/2026: I increase the review to 3stars, because 8 days later, support finally replied and after some emails issue was resolved after 10days. However I still think relying only on an email without the possibility to login directly is not a solid solution for activations.

Maybe apps are nice. I use it only for Colorizer in Windows. I have the Universal License and I am a customer since 2018. I have always had issues with their Activation System. I am waiting for hours for an email to arrive to manage my account. This is outreageous.
Now I am waiting for days.
Support is NEVER ANSWERING. Just a notification that they received my email request.
The WORST activation system by far.
Suddenly it asks me to activate AGAIN. And now I am unable to reach my account because their email with the "magic link" to reach my account, never arrives and their support NEVER responds.

Failure to launch

I was in constant, constant, and constant contact with Softorino for 4 months trying to get the new version of SYC PRO to work. The new version is an operational departure from the previous version that I was used to. Clearer instructions on how to operate the product is necessary to avoid frustration for both the user and the support team which was very diligent and patient in trying to enable the product.

Helpful customer support

I have had a lot of difficulties with activating the software and still don't understand why I am sometimes prompted to re-activate it when the license is still active. However, the support did a great job and explained all the steps to activate it.

I love the VERY useful software that…

I love the VERY useful software that Softorino offers and have really used it a lot over the years, and continue to use it now… I really think their software collection is a “must have”.

Class Act.

I didn't need Softorino's software any longer but got charged with an auto renewal subscription. I cancelled the subscription and Softorino refunded my subscription fee which I appreciated a lot.

Solution over time

Although I understand the need to be sure whoever is Activating a license is a paid subscriber, I found the process confusing. It took several days of downloading and activating the wrong program, and asking for support before finally getting what I needed. An exchange of screenshots was the magic key to the final solution to my particular problem.

Super Great Support12

I requested on-line help and described the symptoms I was experiencing with connecting my new iPhone to my existing iRingg app. I mentioned that everything worked great until I got a new iPhone. With the information I provided to Cloe, she provided me with an explanation why I was experiencing problems and the remedy to solve my problem. Followed her instructions and everything is working great again.

Last week, I could no longer use my YouTube converter without knowing why. Was it the upgrade of my iMac, or was it the upgrade of the Softorino YouTube Converter, or could it be another reason? I will never know. I then sought the help of the Softorino team, and after some back-and-forth emails with the team, I was able to use my converter again. I have nothing but praise for the Softorino team. Thank you!"

Great support - on Xmas Day!

Despite the fact that my product was old, used the old one-off pricing model and wasn't readily available to install on a brand new computer, Chloe gave me the link and instructions on how to get the version I needed that would work with my serial number. And she did this on Christmas Day.

Excellent customer service

I had trouble activating a free upgrade. Contacted support and received a prompt reply. The issue was solved very quickly and easily. I also received a follow up email to make certain my issue was successfully resolved. Excellent customer service. The app itself is excellent and I would highly recommend it.
