Smarter Utility installed an Ohme Home Charger on behalf of Octopus that I qualified for via my employers EV scheme. The initial install had a few teething issues, primarily with how the installer had left my meter cupboard which he was unable to resolve at the time. It was all resolved to my satisfaction and the only reason for a non 5 star review was that I had to follow up with Octopus directly rather than SU getting in touch themselves.

Smarter Utility were contracted by my energy supplier to fit my EV Charge point to my house. I am really fussy regards neatness and was worried if they would manage to fit the unit to my suggestions so power cables would be hidden. My concern was unfounded, the unit was fitted exactly the way I had hoped for and is really neat and tidily fitted. I have kept contact number for this company as I note they fit solar panel installations as well - so may use them again in the future. Happy customer!

My EV charger was fitted on time. The engineer explained how the installation would go. He worked quickly, tidily, and efficiently. He then showed me and told me how to use it.

I had a Zappi tethered EV charger installed on my garage. The installation engineer was very helpful and took the time to answer my questions and explain things to me. He also installed whatever gadget is needed to work with solar panels, even though I did not have them installed at the time of this installation. He completed the job well and cleared up after himself leaving the place nice and tidy.
The unit itself is very easy to operate both by the LCD control panel and by the Myenergi app and now 7 months in has been reliable and never let me down.
I have seen EV chargers since at 30-40% cheaper but don't know if they are directly comparable with this unit.
Overall, I am happy with the Zappi and the service from Smarter Utility.

Installation of Zappi
Smarter Utility are well organised, and getting a quote straightforward.
Installer did a very neat job of routing the cable, and clearing up any mess.
There was an issue with a board inside the zappi not connected properly, but I was able to resolve this myself.

Poorly installed, holes in the wall not filled, screws and rubbish left all over the floor. Wrong charger installed.
