I wish I could rate 0 stars. Purchased in November last year .. now in march and still waiting to receive order. Emailed multiple times with same automated response saying 1 more week and back orders yet still saying available online. Eventually asked for a refund and then stopped getting any replies. Submit a bank dispute with my bank and got my money back. Absolute disgrace of a business wish I read reviews before hand and I would recommend they read the reviews as they should shut shop.

I was a monthly subscriber & every Christmas I always purchased hoodies, cups etc but no longer. I had need to contact customer service about my subscription as it should come with a free mug which I did not receive with my order. but after 2 weeks I had not had a reply. I contacted them again via email & via Facebook chat but still nothing.
I had cancelled my subscription & am unlikely to resubscribe.
As of today still no reply to my complaint either via email, social network or here.
Terrible company
After messing them about some coffee I was interested in and wanted to know a little more before buying. They read my message but never replied! I really wanted to try it so just brought some anyway. NEVER arrived but they did charge me for it! When I contacted them to find out what was going on they never replied. Had to do a charge back in the end. What a shame!!! I would not recommend these guys
Spend your money elsewhere!
Mediocre coffee cleverly marketed. Customer service is non-existent, tried contacting via email several times about a faulty product and never got a reply. Have now cancelled my subscription, (which is made deliberately difficult to do) and will be highly unlikely to use this brand again. Disappointing to say the least
Nice coffee but awful website/ability to manage subscriptions
Nice coffee, garbage website. Cannot manage subscription by logging into your account via the main part of the site. You have to go via a link that was emailed when you setup a subscription. Trying to login to your account/access the subscription link on a mobile device is very glitchy too.
Customer service RUBBISH!!!!
I’ve never known a company where the customer service is so bad. I recently subscribed as the coffee is really nice but I can’t even manage the subscription online. I don’t know how much it costs even!Going to be looking elsewhere as they obviously don’t want my custom👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

It seems I should have read these reviews before buying off you. All be it my first order was accidentally ordered to be delivered to my old address (didnt realise until late and my fault), I have messaged god knows how many times to explain. package got accepted back to Skull Coffee and while i did have the odd response from them and a promise my coffee will be dispatched back out, i gave up and keep requesting a refund which surprise surprise no one is contacting me about and i still havent got a response/reply. .

Disgusting customer support and delivery times
Disgusting customer support.
First delivery took months ordered in November, received last week mid January, no follow up from company. Every time I emailed I received the same automated B's statement saying ingredients were delayed be in next week.... Months later. I have them another chance and ordered 3 bags ( due to the previous delays). They linked me to a ongoing resupply that I didn't request...9 bags turned up together months in delay and debited me for each one. Who would order an ongoing order that doesn't arrive!! Stung over $400 and I couldn't access there website to cancel I emailed multiple times to fix it. They cancelled the 4th shipment and didn't even bother to respond to me to let me know. Absolutely disgraceful company which is a shame as I like their coffee
WORST COMPANY EVER STAY AWAY
I had previously ordered from skull crusher in 2020 during the pandemic and would you believe, couldn't fault them.
Now though, turns out they're an absolute joke.
Placed my order, paid for my order, heard nothing for 3 weeks. Chased them up, received an email saying they have a back log and they're sorry they'll send my order out priority before the end of the day.....
Week later still nothing, email again, this time I get told one of the items is out of stock. Well it wasn't when I ordered it weeks ago.... told them I want to complain, next day, without a response half of my order is dispatched bar the out of stock item.
Another 3 weeks go by still nothing on the item that wasn't in stock, but website showing available. Contacted again to get the same response about sending it priority today... and yes, I believed them again. Whoops.
Another week and still nothing... so this time I emailed saying I want a refund for that item because they haven't fulfilled their part of the contract entered between us when I paid for the item as per consumer rights act 2015....
This was ignored.
2 days later I emailed again saying I will take further action should they not refund me... still no response. So Another 1 days later I told them I'd be starting proceedings for an alternative dispute resolution, and I kid you not, withing an hour from that email sending my item was dispatched.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
Not only this, the coffee is just disgusting, making it that strong for the sake of it, and it tastes awful. Not to mention the weird ones they do, they sent me samples of the CBD and Nootropic one... tastes like chemicals. I can't believe they're still trading.

Great coffee and it tastes awesome. I have order lots of bags in the past and never any issues.
People complaining are from delays around Black Friday and Christmas which is understandable. They are just impatient. I saw a post about them having around 10x the orders they normally have due to Black Friday which caused some delays.
Customer service might be slow responding but they still fix the issue and will fast track your order if you ask.
I ordered last week and received it within 3 days. So looks like they are back on track.

I'm with everyone else it seems. Absolutely shocking customer service, paid for priority shipping, after two unanswered emails and 9 days my order finally arrived today. I will attempt to get a refund on my postage but I've got a feeling ill just keep being ignored.

Missing Goods/ Get you money back
Ordered £40 worth of coffee and it was sent out, then returned to the supplier, I contact them on their email and it was sent back out, the goods where left in a porch in Knutsford as it was labelled incorrectly, I live in Birmingham (70 miles away) chased to see what had happened and no response from their customer service team, after many emails and getting no where, I logged a complaint with my bank, and they have refunded the value to me and will be claiming it from Skull Crusher directly, as according to the bank it is a fraudulent transaction.

Avoid at all costs, if your reading this then it is most likely skull crusher have ripped you off too.
I purchased one bag of coffee and it still has not arrived, they are ignoring my emails requesting a refund. I posted links to this website on their Facebook page and they have now blocked me, deleting all my posts. fortunately I paid by pay pal, I have now opened a refund request with them, so hopefully they’ll refund me ASAP.

I placed an order with Skull Crusher Coffee on December 2, 2024, and paid $33.98 AUD for coffee beans. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been nothing but disappointing due to their repeated delays, lack of transparency, and poor customer service.
Here are the key issues I faced:
1. Repeated Delays with No Resolution:
• On December 12, I was informed that my order (#3676) was delayed because one of the items was out of stock, and I was assured it would be restocked “by next week.”
• On December 23, I followed up and received the exact same response, claiming it would be restocked “by the end of next week.” This showed a lack of effort to resolve the issue or provide accurate updates.
• Even after pointing out the repeated responses, I was given no clear answers about when my order would be shipped.
2. Vague and Inconsistent Communication:
• I reached out multiple times in December and January for updates, only to receive generic responses about a “backlog of orders” without any firm timelines.
3. Failure to Deliver or Refund:
• Despite sending a formal email on January 8, 2025, requesting either a shipping date or a refund within 48 hours, the company has failed to act or respond appropriately.
4. Poor Customer Service:
• The repeated lack of transparency, accountability, and follow-through from their team has been incredibly frustrating.
It has been over a month since I placed my order, and I am still left without the product I paid for or a resolution to the issue. I feel compelled to share my experience publicly to warn others about the poor service and lack of accountability from Skull Crusher Coffee.
If the company cannot fulfill orders, they should not accept payments or make false promises to customers. I sincerely hope they take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements.
Buy your coffee elsewhere!
Placed an order for over £50 on the Black Friday deal on 5th December. Despite me sending 4 emails. They’ve responded to 3 with promises of my order being shipped here we are 5 weeks later and still no order. I’ve asked for a refund now but no response. Wish I had looked here before ordering! Could be the most amazing coffee in the world but I would never order from them again!

Not very good customer service. Ordered products on black Friday and only arrived early January '25. I appreciate high order quantities but the customer should be kept upto date not when the customer starts chasing them up. They also need a proper response system not a tempkate/computer generated reply.
The coffee itself is nice but not worth the wait.
