Placed an order on the 6th December for a Christmas gift, it’s cost me £65 including postage. Which may not seem like a lot of money, but I’m not getting a lot, so this is a lot for me. Like I said, it was meant to be a main Christmas gift for my partner at Christmas. (He subsequently didn’t get anything in the end)
I’ve emailed skull Crusher Coffee a number of times now and all I am told is that they have a backlog of orders. The first time I was told this, the advisor ‘Amanda’ said the following :
“ Sorry for the delay, the warehouse has a backlog of orders. I have added you to our high-priority list so your order should jump the queue and ship today or tomorrow.
Need more assistance? Just let us know – we’re happy to help!”
Now after reading this response from Amanda, I replied with thanks, and under the understanding that my order would be shipped that day or the day after ……..
Fast forward in time and I had to chase the order again two more times after this! only to this time be told that they still have a backlog of orders.
To this date my order has not been dispatched & I have no tracking information.
Very bad customer service and I wonder now if the company is even real as I’ve not even received goods that I have paid for!
Really disappointed. I hope my order is sent out to me and actually delivered, as I have paid for the goods. The business should really work on its communication with its customers. There was no notification or any updates at all.
If the order is not going to be sent to me I want a refund in full - including the delivery charge.
Never deliver & Poor Taste
Zero stars would be better. Absolute rip off. You pay for express delivery but they never deliver or bother to respond to emails and they even delete bad review comments on their Facebook posts so beware.
Update: Coffee eventually arrived. However, I have to say it is utterly tasteless. In may well contain a high amount of caffeine but it has no flavour. Very disappointing really.
Terrible customer Service
Been waiting for a delivery since 22nd December..still showing as an unfulfilled order with no communication from the company to explain delay. Emailed today for a full refund and cancellation of my subscription. Shame as the coffee is good but the customer service and delivery times is just ridiculous. I probably won’t even get an answer to my email!
Sham company. Do no use
It has been 2 months since I placed an order. The customer service email reply I got said that it was not currently in stock, even though there was advertisements for that specific product saying that it was. I screenshotted it and sent that to them and have had no reply. The only conclusion is that this is a sham company. Do not order from here
Took my money , yet out of stock
I ordered a bag for a Xmas present. Still hadn’t arrived by Xmas. I sent them an email and they said they were out of stock.
Haven’t heard anything for two weeks. I believe I’ve been scammed.
Great coffee, less than stellar customer service
I ordered a £60+ bundle on December 1st. Upon failing to meet the first delivery date, I contacted customer service. I was promised no less than 6 different dates for my order to be delivered (many of them assuring me I would get it before Christmas). It was only sent out on January 3rd, arriving a couple of days later. What was meant to be a Christmas treat for the family became unnecessary stress for the holidays.
The coffee itself is good (although their claim of being strong seems to be due to the instructions recommending nearly double the usual amount of coffee grounds for a coffee), with interesting options and a fun attractive branding.
But they really need to improve on informing customers of delays - being honest about actual shipping dates - and not overselling when they don't have the ability to fulfill orders.
I would consider buying from the again, if their customer care improves. Will be checking back here regularly to see if that is the case.
AVOID
Ordered for their black friday deal which took weeks to come after loads of ignored emails just to get one on the day of dispatch, i didnt sign up for a subscription and even on their website nowhere does it say i have one after following their own instructions on how to do it because they decided to charge me again for more coffee and had the cheek to tell me i need to place 2 orders before id be elegible for a refund. This company seem to be very deceptive they've left me feeling livid with the whole experience ive had with them and the coffee isnt all that good either. Ive raised this with my bank as i feel totally scammed by this. Customer service is virtually non existent, if youre thinking about ordering i highly recommend you go somewhere else.
Terrible Service – Feels Like a Scam
I subscribed to Skullcrusher Coffee and initially received my first bag without issue. However, the second bag never arrived, and it’s been months now with no resolution. When I contacted customer support, they claimed they had no stock, yet they’re still actively selling online. This feels deceptive and incredibly frustrating as a paying customer. Absolute waste of money and time. I do not recommend Skullcrusher Coffee to anyone—complete scammers in my opinion. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
Despicable customer service
Despite their coffee actually tasting nice, their customer service is beyond shocking if you have any issues.
A few times now I've ordered on their sales and giveaways, and ALWAYS receive incorrect items or not the full order, and it takes weeks of arguing backwards and forwards to get issues sorted.
Avoid unless you like waiting weeks, if not months, for items, refunds, etc
On this occasion, I returned the incorrect sized garment prior to Christmas and I am STILL waiting for communications from thel regarding what's happening/where the correct sized item is

I would happily give Skull Crusher Coffee zero stars if I could! I placed a basic order on December 4th and paid $12 for express shipping. I planned on it being a Christmas present. It's now December 31st and the order still isn't here. I already emailed them TWICE. I sent the first email on December 23rd and Amanda responded that they hadn't even PROCESSED the order yet but that they would email me a tracking number when they did process it. One week later and still no tracking number and no idea when (or if) they'll actually send me my order (although they had no problem taking my payment). At this point in time, the coffee could taste like Heaven and I STILL wouldn't order from them again. Their customer service is a joke. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
Scammers
Would give no stars if I could. This company are scammers. I placed an order on 05/12 and up to now Skull Crusher Coffee are still lying about dispatching my order. They have no intention of sending it and clearly no intention of sending the refund I've been asking for. I have reported them to trading standards and action fraud.
Ignore the 1 star reviews from…
Ignore the 1 star reviews from impatient shoppers. I ordered on Black Friday and yes it did take a while for my order to arrive but I was notified when it was dispatched and it arrived the following day.
Avoid - dishonest about orders being dispatched
Sadly this company are unable to be truthful about whatever problems they are having and feel the best solution is to lie to customers that have paid for products that they clearly are never going to receive. I bought for a Xmas present and was told 3 times it would arrive in time for Christmas, when requesting a refund I was ignored. I have now made a claim through PayPal. Such a shame as I like to try to support small businesses. Honesty is the best policy otherwise the business is dead in the water.
They are also deleting all negative comments on their social media so that people will keep ordering

I purchased from them on 3rd December 2024. Waited very patiently for my order to be shipped, started to realise there was something wrong 2 weeks later as no updates. I emailed to check and had a message straight back stating they had been inundated over black friday and that they were working as fast as they can to get orders out. I run a small business so I felt bad for them, sometimes these things happen so gave them a pass. They PROMISED the order would be here before Christmas and now I've requested a refund I'm being ignored. Absolutely gutted. I know it's only coffee but it was a £50 order and a birthday/xmas present and I'm gutted they are a fraud. I've raised a case with PayPal so hopefully I can get my refund now as it's Christmas Eve and no order and no replies. I hope they're happy with the sack of cash they've literally stolen from customers.
Zero stars is too generous
One star is generous for this company. The customer service is ZERO stars, I placed an order on 6 December 2024, which were Christmas presents for my son and father in law. I chased this up last week and was told they were busy and working hard to get all orders out in time for Christmas.
I asked for an update yesterday and asked if I would receive my order today, the question wasn't answered. I then re-asked the question to be advised that it would be shipped after Christmas. They ran a promotion at the beginning of December, if they couldn't fulfil the projected volume of orders, the promotion should have been withdrawn early. It's not my problem if demand outstrips supply.
The upshot is I have two disappointed people who will be receiving very little on Christmas day now. Do Skull Crusher care, do they jot, given they have ignored my follow up email of 23 December 2024. Thanks for that Amanda, sterling communication skills!
Do yourself a favour and order your coffee from a company who can deliver on their promises!
Customer service is awful
Customer service is awful, can't get a straight answer. They messed up my order, and rather than just sending the correct order out, they want the incorrect item sent back (I have to pay and wait for a refund on that) and not a single gesture of good will as a sorry.
They take forever to reply.
The website, with regards to managing subscriptions, is a joke.
They sent coffee worth half of what I paid, won't replace or refund without me jumping through various hoops, then when I go to manage my subscription the option isn't there.
They haven't even offered to refund the difference for sending the wrong coffee.
Shocking customer service
This would be a 0 star review. Put an order in on the 3rd Dec and still no delivery as of the 23rd Dec. Several emails later empty promises of its leaving the wearhouse etc etc yet still nothing. Last few emails now ignored I have asked for a refund and as of right now nothing.
Absolutely shocking as my order was over £50. The worse part is my freind who ordered x1 bag of coffee got it two days later.
Please avoid this company at present cause clearly they are not fulfilling big orders

Order hasn’t shown up almost 3 weeks after ordering. All emails are either not replied to or have a standard order promising it’ll be sent in two days or by the end of the week which never happens. I have yet again requested a refund. Avoid at all costs now have a Christmas present that hasn’t arrived
