AVOID! Order never arrived, company ignore all emails
Ordered over two weeks ago. Paid for 48 hour delivery. Item not even passed to Royal Mail two weeks later. Emails ignored chasing skull crusher for an update and help. No communication from them, terrible service. Avoid at all costs. No responses to any emails sent, no phone number to call and their social media presence is minimum so you cannot get responses there either. Horrendous company and will have to now claim from my bank for refund.

First ever order, needed some coffee so I thought I'd finally give them a try. Purchased one of the kits with a bag of coffee, a dripper and a mug, order has just arrived and it's just the coffee, no extras yet charged the full price.
Worse still when you log into the website to cancel your subscription the page shows "There's a problem loading this page" Which breaches UK guild lines relating to Ease of Cancellation

Honestly I don’t get the bad reviews that have been left.
I’ve had a subscription with Skull Crusher for over a year now and havent received an order late yet. Money is taken and my items are delivered within a few days.
I have been a big caffeine drinker for a long time (2 to 3 energy drinks a day plus countless coffees) and I was at the point where I wasn’t feeling the effects of caffeine anymore until I tried Skull Crusher. One too many of these in quick concession and you get the caffeine shakes (something I have felt in a long time)
Customer service has always been spot on every time I need them. Quick replies, good explanation and issues fixed quickly.
Taste is strong also, not weak or tasteless at all.
I’m also not someone that would usually write a review but after reading the amount of negative reviews that have been left, which are like they are talking about a completely different company, I thought that I should.
I can’t live without my morning skull crusher to kick start my day and if I’m away and have to use a different type of coffee then I definitely notice the difference.
Great brand, great taste, high caffeine and exceptional coffee.
No coffee. No customer service
I was looking forward to trying the coffee pods with my new machine, but they never showed up even though I paid for express delivery. No tracking information or courier provided. I've sent them a polite email asking for an update. 48 hours later and still silence.
Shocking
If you have an issue with delivery or require any kind of assistance from customer service, forget it. Sent multiple emails since April and even tried Instagram...nothing. Absolute joke of a company.
I ordered $100 dollars worth of there…
I ordered $100 dollars worth of there coffee on a monthly subscription, after trying the coffee I hated it, the taste is horable and it's to potent and left me dehydrated and scattered throughout the day, I tried to cancel my subscription and they told me that because I got a free gift on the first order (a coffee mug) that I have to keep my subscription for two months. Now I'm going to have $200 worth of coffee that I will be throwing in the bin😔
DO NOT BUY!!!!

Ordered £100 worth of stuff 7 days ago. Website clearly stated shipped same day. So far I have had a roaring 2 email replies to over a dozen email enquiries asking where my stuff is!

Poor Customer Service
We ordered 10 bags of ground coffee in error as we wanted beans instead. Numerous messages were sent to Skull Crusher and they were all ignored. Skull Crusher have sent the parcel for delivery for this coming Monday and have not changed to order to beans. Do not buy products from this company as their customer service is extremely poor
Faulty pods , NOT WORTH IT!
If I could give zero I would ,
I spent over £60 on the selection of coffees mainly so I didn’t have to pay for shipping which I think is terrible
I bought 3 bags of coffee one big bag and two small and pods
The pods didn’t work They were faulty I used 3 with the 3rd I filmed it took pics to send
They said because i Used 3 I can’t get a refund
I cancelled my subscription straight away
Also worried that their pods may damage my Nespresso machine
My email and then their email with a reply
And their only reply after numerous emails

And the pods are faulty
I used 3 and it still didn’t fill up a small espresso cup
I have pictures and a video as proof
I would like a refund for the pods please
I’m happy to send the remaining pods which is -3 the 3rd I used to make the video

After numerous emails still no reply after the one response I received stating i’ll receive replacement pods , I contacted my bank and received my full refund for the pods
Please do the same and please do not buy from these
Their coffee isn’t even strong as stated
Needed 5 big scoops and two espresso cups of water and still not strong
Just avoid - dreadful service and average coffee
I don't usually wrtie reviews, but the support from these guys it quite possibly the worst I have ever experienced and I to be honest, their coffee is average at best and not worth the hastle.
In short, I ordered some capsules that then took over 5 weeks to arrive, no communications and emails ignored, they simply don't have any customer service.
At the same time, I tried to exchange some ground coffee for beans and although they acknowledged receipt of the returned items, I never received a replacement.
In short .. just give these guys a miss, you will only set yourself up for a disappointing experience and low quality coffee.

Ordered a Black Friday 25 deal and the order was "shipped" mid Dec 25 to Royal Mail.
Got an e-mail to say my Cold Brew cans should never have been sold as they were not in stock.
I complained about delivery in late Dec to receive many AI responses and a promise of human interaction.
Chased again mid Jan 26 as still had no delivery to be told that upon investigation, my order was "missing" and some of the stock could not be shipped as they were limited editions.
Have asked for a refund but as of today, 20 Jan 26, I am still waiting for ANY product to be shipped and ANY refund on the order that I made on 29 Nov 25.
Very poor customer experience.

Both the website and app prevent you from cancelling your subscription. It's taken over four months to have it cancelled and they charged me four times. I have posted back all the coffees sent and they won't send a refund or respond to emails. Avoid!
Calling this product “Skull Crusher” is a joke

A McDonald’s double espresso with roughly 160 mg of caffeine hits significantly harder than this. Calling this product “Skull Crusher” is a joke. Complete waste of money.
Money taken,no goods,poor communication
I ordered from Skull Crusher on 22nd November 2025. What was meant as a Christmas present still hasn't arrived! I have sent multiple emails, messages on Facebook, even wrote a review on their website which, surprise, surprise, didn't get published. The only replies have been from an AI bot.i have been told multiple times that a human will get back to me. I'm still waiting. Do not order from this company. They will take your money and you will receive nothing! I will be contacting the Consumer Watchdog next. It seems from the other reviews that this happens alot.
Horrendous company and service and robbed me…
I placed an order on the 4th of January and haven't heard anything. I sent an email which there response was not helpful. Clearly I bot email and they said I'd have a follow-up but I haven't heard anything. Just got sent a review of how they did which I gave bad a bad review. They basically robbed me
I would avoid this company as they just scam you. Not impressed with their service! I'm extremely disappointed. Terrible, terrible, terrible company! Avoid all costs.
Utter rubbish company to buy from
Utter rubbish company to buy from. They send items that I didn't buy. Refunds take for ever. Customer service is -0. I wish I read the reviews on here. Then I wouldn't have bought from and saved £8 in postage. As they kept the £3.50 postage fee and I didn't get back my £4.50 postage fee in sending it back. They're are better strong coffees out there. So just don't buy from them.
Probably gone bust, no longer delivering
I've ordered here before without issue, but on the latest order, nothing was delivered. The courier advised there was no package ready for collection and yet Skull Crusher showing my order has been "fulfilled". I'm seeing a lot of similar reviews lately so I'm guessing the company has gone belly up and are continuing to pocket cash for orders - just a theory. I've had no human contact from the company despite multiple attempts to follow up. Don't place an order, you'll lose your money and get nothing in return.

Ordered £100 worth of stock mid November... Didn't receive anything ... Couldn't get hold of anyone to respond, kept getting automated replies ! Avoid !
