Delayed delivery.

Was supposed to be delivered within 48hrs but seemed to have been delayed as it was coming direct from the manufacturer. After I made a call to the customer support they said they would talk to the supplier as their system did not have any updates. It did eventually come after another 48hrs. So just delayed my starting on my project.

Do not order from here

Ordered a drone turned up and the box was slightly damaged. Wanted to return the drone got told I have to pay to send it back then I might not get a refund and then I'd have to pay to get it back. whole experience has been dreadful I would NOT recommend anyone to buy anything from you. All we wanted was a refund on our drone to get a more expensive one as I ordered the wrong one Stay clear. Customer service just shrug you off

Delivery of items was terrible

Delivery of items was terrible. I had no tracking information, and after a week I contacted ShopOnTV. A couple of days later they got back to me with a tracking details, showing that the Courier had 'delivered' my package 7 days previous. They 'delivered' it at 6pm, leaving it outside an office building in the middle of a public park in the city. Thanks for nothing Evri, at least it wasn't a hugely expensive on this occasion, but it'll certainly be my last!

The product is very good. But missing parts

The product is very good. But when the order arrived it was missing 2 spray tops for the bottles, i called straight away, posted a pic via email of what was in the box,as was asked to do. Which i did get a reply to say they woul be sending them out. Several weeks later iam still waiting. I managed to take a trigger spray from another bottle i had, but not perfect fit. I do not have any spray lids that will fit these bottles.
So i have given 2 stars for the lack of communication and for not correcting this problem..
