I ordered 2 vouchers for my sons 50th birthday present, they did not arrive. I emailed on Saturday, probably no one working, but I received a reply from Lufti Hendricks early on Monday. I had made a typo on my sons email address, but it was all sorted by Lufti, Ben now has his vouchers and he id very excited.

Bulelwa was very helpful. I had difficulty locating dates for an experience and she advises to use a computer vs my phone, no issues once logged in to a computer.

I purchased a gift card for QC spa in New York and when I went to book the dates were not available. But when I called QC it was available. Because it was my friends birthday I needed the reservation and had to re purchase with QC spa directly. I called and sent multiple emails to virgin gifts for a refund. I have yet to hear from anyone. This is a bad experience and it should let you boom prior to purchasing.

I loved the QC spa

It saved me tons of money on a last minute Mothers Day Spa Date to Balian Springs. I originally had passes to somewhere else and really wanted to bring my Mom to this location instead. Being able to save on admission helped me to ultimately chose the better choice. Great time and memories made with my Mom!

Lufti from Customer Service solved our issue with a booking for the same day very fast! She was so nice and professional, we are very pleased to enjoy our experience without hassles!

It was really easy to find a gift my mom would love for mother's Day. It's hard to buy for her because we live 400 miles from each other but she is so excited for her gift. 100% would buy again.

Quick and Easy way to order and send gift cards

We bought discounted tickets from VirginGifts.com to be used while visiting San Antonio. After purchasing we realized that the tickets couldn't be redeemed on the same day. It was not clearly stated on the website. Thank goodness I was able to contact them. The representative, Phalela, was very helpful and tried to help us book. Even though it didn't work out and I had to ask for a refund, I feel the company tried their best to resolve the issue and my credit card was not charged. I will use them again in the future.

My husband and I booked the 86th Floor Sunset Admission to the Empire State Building with Dinner at State Grill and Bar for $296. Our confirmation email stated we just needed to show the email at the establishments and that separate QR codes would follow. While the observation deck staff easily looked us up and gave us tickets, the restaurant refused to honor our reservation without the missing QR codes.
Resolving this was a nightmare. I started texting customer service at 11:00 AM, but replies came an hour apart with no resolution. After hours of back-and-forth, my husband finally found a phone number. We had to wait on hold for another hour before someone finally resolved the issue. Because of this communication breakdown, we ate an hour late, by this time it was 7:00 PM. The entire process was complicated, stressful, and unreliable. Save yourself the hassle and buy gift packages directly from the businesses instead.
