The silk pillowcase.s make my face sweat

I am still waiting to receive the item I ordered, it’s been 2 weeks since I ordered it.

I’m impressed with the quality and fair price of the silk pillow and duvet. The delivery was prompt too

Vibration exercise plate is so heavy I can’t move or lift it . Once set up as soon as I stood on it the machine died .
Contacted shop on tv for refund which they assured me I will get, but having sought help to get the thing back in the packaging , have now been told I have to make a video of the machine not working . I have to get someone to help me get it out of return packaging due to sheer weight of the machine . The manufacturer will not sanction a collection until this has been done . Crazy .

I have a problem with my floor steam cleaner and ordered a replacement calc on line. This was the easy part. However when you want to speak to someone as I still have a problem there is no facility to chat on line. When I telephone it always goes to answerphone, therefore no wating in line facility. You leave a message and no one calls you back, very frustratingly.

Delivered quickly, although the delivery guy initially refused to bring it up one flight of stairs. I explained that this is a block of over 55’s and must have looked pretty shocked as he ended up carrying to the top of my stairs.

After placing an order on June 3rd, I was told to expect delivery in 5 to 9 days. After 12 days, with no delivery, and no updates, I emailed to chase my order. Another 2 days before I received an email saying that you were going to contact the supplier, and to wait another 2 days for a response. Just how long does it take to dispatch an order? Terrible service.
