The product is very good. But missing parts
The product is very good. But when the order arrived it was missing 2 spray tops for the bottles, i called straight away, posted a pic via email of what was in the box,as was asked to do. Which i did get a reply to say they woul be sending them out. Several weeks later iam still waiting. I managed to take a trigger spray from another bottle i had, but not perfect fit. I do not have any spray lids that will fit these bottles.
So i have given 2 stars for the lack of communication and for not correcting this problem..

Item was absolute rubbish
Item was absolute rubbish! Will never believe anything you say again. I’m convinced Blue Magic is water with blue colouring in it.

The wrong items were delivered and the…
The wrong items were delivered and the delivery took over two weeks due to the bank holiday and I am still waiting for the return label so I can return the incorrect items and get the correct ordered items sent to me. Very disappointed ☹️

Bought the blue magic with a bit of skepticism, but was confident it would work. Tried on a stain that had been there a while and on a new stain. It made no difference to either, I even upped the concentration and it was the same. Won’t be buying anything from them again.

Very very difficult to put and remove…
Very very difficult to put and remove items from the basket when shopping. this resulted in me ordering the same item twice and I am still in the painful process to return the second item.
