My order never arrived !

The product is rubbish

Easy purchase from the start, and there was a problem with the courier, the parcel was damaged in transit. I called customer services and the they were super helpful and a replacement was sent straight away. It was no trouble for the lady I spoke with, and she was so friendly and helpful

I bought blue magic as I was gullible enough to believe the demo on tv. It doesn’t work at all. I made up a bottle and tried it on several marks and stains. On every stain he made on the demo, engine oil, crayon, sauce etc, it magically floated off. Mine doesn’t work on anything. I called customer service as to said there’s a money back guarantee. Girl on CS said no, if it’s been opened you can’t have a refund. I asked how you’re supposed to try it without opening it, she didn’t care. Said she would get the manufacturer to tell me how to use it properly. I’m 72, I can read and follow instructions! I’m going to go to trading standards and won’t fall for this again, I’ll stick to QVC! If it seems too good to be true, it usually is.

My main reason for the 1 star is the Blue magic .I have tried it on many stains and not one stain has been remover of even slightly faded .
So i contact ShoOnTV .They asked if i have used it .I said .Well yes how else would i know if it is any good or not .I bought it to remove stains .
They said because i have used it ,It cant be returned .I said obviously i have to use it why would anyone buy it .They then said.
I will have to write an email to them explaining what mix i have used what stains i have tried to remove and how i used it .Obviously trying to find fault with the way i have used it then claim its not the product its me .
So i asked them am i supposed to buy a stain remover and just stick it in the cupboard and forget about it .
They said but you have used it .
Now the tv advertisement says if your not happy you can return it for a full refund .So that would suggest that i have to use it to see if im happy or not .mmmmm.
The Blue magic is not fit for purpose as advertised .I am disgusted that i have to go to such lengths to try and get my money back When they claim it is the only cleaner you will ever need or your money back .BUT DONT USE IT HA HA HA .OH and when they get the email they have to forward it the the supplier .Then wait for a reply from them .
So they are passing the book so to speak .Obviously wont take responsibility for them falsely advertising a fake product .
If i get a responce from them i will update you all .But i am the kind of person that will not be ripped off so i will not be letting this go .

I only received half my order and have rang twice to see when I might receive the rest.

Purchased the Roofix four tins combo, waited nine days before chasing up my order, only to find my order had been refunded and no email to say it wasn't being delivered. The Customer service person told me that the courier would not deliver to Aberdeenshire, and so I rang them and they said they could. I then rang the company that makes Roofix and they told me they did not deliver to my area even if I offered more P and P. That meant I could not purchase this item advertised on Shop on Tv a product I needed to stop a flat roof leak on my 94 year old Father's house. Disgraceful and insulting experience, by a company that should be aware that it is selling items that can not be purchased on the UK mainland. I was going to purchase other items from Shop on Tv but will not be obviously!Oh and they never refunded the postage £6.95

Didn’t manage to place the order on the night. Tried next morning and placed the order. Couldn’t track my order so had to call and eventually arrived. Which was left by the delivery company on the front door step in full view of passers by which could have been stolen !!
Haven’t used the product to full potential but think it will do the job having seen what it does on TV channel

Easy to set up and order quick delivery good product

Bought my products, then 30 mins later heard the presenters say you only pay for one p&p per day, so I went online to purchase something else. I was being charged p&p again though, so i sent an email request. I then thought to phone instead.....waited over 35 mins in a queue to be addressed by a rude staff member. I had asked for 1st item to be canceled so I could reorder 2 items together (it was after midnight and not have been sent out anyway) I was told NO I could not cancel something but could post it back when I got it????
It took over a week for item to arrive.....and several days for an email reply. I wont use company again when CS are not helpful in the slightest.

Delivery was as scheduled and no damages
