Bien la experiencia pero el pedido ha llegado con un embalaje muy precario. Una simple bolsa de plástico cuando la mayoría de páginas donde compro envían los productos bien protegidos en una caja además de otras protecciones.

They don’t respond and their selection is trash the good designs are perpetually sold out. Garbage

I ordered a DVC DOONEY AND BOURKE WALLET and never received the item. I called the number and it was never answered. This website is a TOTAL SCAM!!! Disney Store and authentic Disney merchants are wonderful. ShopDisney is a SCAM.

Hice un pedido antes de leer opiniones sobre ellos y despues de hacerlo la verdad que estaba asustada creyendo que no iba a llegar o tendría cualquier problema con los productos, pero ha sido todo lo contrario. Hubo un pequeño problema con mi pedido y se solucionó sin problemas, el paquete ha llegado en perfectas condiciones y contiene todo lo pedido. Volveré a comprar en otras ocasiones.

Worst shopping app ever I have ordered for a cup that I have received completely broken and after I returned it they said they will refund me by 10 days but it has been more than a week the customer service has not been picking up my calls am not getting any response from email. This app is totally fake..

My wife ordered a t-shirt for $32.99 in a ladies size medium. What was delivered was marked medium but was actually approximately a men's size XL. When we went to return it, we realized that she had to pay for shipping back the shirt which was almost $13.00 UPS ground. We're stuck with the shirt but will NEVER order from Shop Disney again. It's apparent that Disney is trying to make up for lost time and bad decisions.

I returned items for order #UKOL11263889 on 10 January 2023, and asked when I could expect to receive my refund on 24 January 2023. I initially got an email asking for a copy of the Evri Parcelshop receipt which I'd already attached. I sent it again and have been ignored ever since. I've shopped with them for years without any problems but I have heard of people with the same issue leaving comments online. I will be opening a claim and won't be using them again! Full boycott, I'm very angry that their customer services is choosing to ignore me! CASE REF: 6463007.

Ordered 4 shirts for Grandchild size 6. Two fit correctly and two were sized incorrectly. One small , 4T and the other too large, size 8. On top of the size issue I had to pay UPS charges to return their mistake. I will never shop with Disney on line again.

Las devoluciones en Disney Shop son una vergüenza. Primero, pasar el trámite de la página a la que derivan las devoluciones que a veces va, a veces no; luego el envío del paquete y la espera infinita. Hace 1 mes que hice la devolución y aún sigo esperando (aunque ya han recibido el paquete). 120€ que no llegan y no dan explicación.

Genuinely had a really good experience, arrived just in time for our trip to Disneyland too!

Ordered from Disney , the order didn’t go through . So I rang them they told me the site went down so it wasn’t completed .
So I ordered again the money went out of account on the second order . Then I noticed two days later it had gone out again . Tried to cancel with them explaining situation but to no avail . I received to large parcels identical contents . Tried to send back the first but no one could find the order number . Been in contact several times no one gets back to you . Sent second parcel back instead as they had a record of that one . Sent back on the 6/12/22 .
Rang disney shop today have to wait another 48hrs for someone to chase it up it’s £62 .oo I would of really liked it back before Christmas but can’t see that happening. The chat is off line as well . I feel very dissatisfied with service I have endless of emails with reference numbers but have had no contact back

Use to love Disney and spent a fortune in there stores but had nothing but issues since they’ve been online only and customer service is absolutely shocking 3 weeks to chase an order and a return and keep getting told to wait another 48hrs then guess what call back after 48hr to be told to wait another 48 absolutely awful!

Such a bad experience. Ordered 22/11/22 still haven’t received. Gone missing with courier EVRI. Called and raised via chat multiple times and can’t seem to get anywhere. Spent £115. They keep saying it’s been logged with “home office” just soooooo frustrating and not something you’d expect from Disney

Compra muy buena, teníamos miedo de comprar por todos los comentarios pero finalmente nos la jugamos y todo correcto. Ha llegado en el plazo establecido a través de correos y el producto estaba en buenas condiciones.

When I received my order number UK12684126. Gift bag was damaged, there was a huge rip up the front, I have tried many ways, to get in touch with the company, but no joy. I can’t even return, it to a local store, the nearest being London, I live in Scotland. If I had known this I probably wouldn’t have bought anything on line. I’m now left with a unusable gift bag which was to be used for, my little granddaughters Disney gifts for Christmas.

Llevo dos años esperando por una devolución. Intento mandar un correo y me salta que el buzón está lleno. No hay un número de teléfono al que llamar.
Decepcionante la compra. No volveré a hacerlo.

What a nightmare!!!
My package was delivered to my neighbor. Finally, received the glasses I ordered. When I opened the box, the glasses were shattered. I called shopDisney to have them replaced, but they were out of stock. The customer service agent told me I was allowed to replace the item with a goblet, and she guaranteed 2-day shipping. Two days later and no item! I called customer service again, only to find out that the goblet will take 3 weeks to receive. The agent told me that they could cancel the order, but it wouldn’t be reimbursed until 1-2 weeks after the order is processed. Unacceptable!!! My only compensation for this horrific experience was free shipping and small compensatory amount on my next purchase. Now, I have to scramble and find my best friend a birthday gift. The agent had the audacity to wish me “good luck!” Beware before purchasing off there website!!! Customer service lies!!!

Shopdisney customer service rep Emily said she canceled my order but it was never canceled. Clearly she lied. I reorder assuming it was canceled to take advantage of a better discount they offered the same day. I did not realize it at the time but now realize I heard a sarcastic tone. Either the support staff are overworked or just something else. Called a second time and the next rep just kept giggling when I was responding respectfully with "Yes, thank you"... Even rediculed my order with "(giggles) are you a collector?"... Don't they realize people are Christmas shopping for gifts? I will not be shopping online with Disney ever again.
