Hice un pedido hace 1 año y NUNCA me llegó! No compréis en ésta tienda, es una ESTAFA!!!!

Placed an order on the 15th of October and then get a noticed we canceled the order.

Why bother taking my order to just cancel it?

Wished I could give ZERO stars ordered on the october 15th! and still not shipped over 70 dollar order. I will never order from this site again and probably will not get it until after the event it was needed for! All you get it generic response back and different responses one said delays , one said they would express ship , one said it would be here before Halloween. GET IT TOGETHER , PLEASE.

I ordered two in stock items over two weeks ago. I have zero idea what's going on with this new company they use. Like others, just received generic scripted email replies back. Apparently a company can keep your order in limbo for eternity, but not allow you to cancel. I absolutely will never use Shop Disney again. Sad to see a beloved property use such a poor retail service.

I went ot the website. I ordered the product know ing what to expect. They delivered it. I was happy-ish. C'mon with this personal attacks. I appreciate what I like and when I order form here I know and receive what I expect. Every single time.

I ordered a belle dress for my daughters party, to get free delivery I also ordered personalised pjs that are not worth the money.

After waiting over a two weeks for it to be delivered they then just cancelled the order with no reason why. They are impossible to get hold of and when you do they are very scripted and unhelpful.
I’ve been promised a manager call back by 4 different members of their team and nothing. Online chat is pointless. I’ve never know a service like it. When I asked if I order it again will they take the delivery off to an eventually getting a yes, they said but it may not come anyway. Useless. Ruined a little girls big day. Don’t use!!

very poor service - order was due to be delivered on Friday but was not dispatched until Friday - my order had 2 items - one did not arrive - no communication that it was to be sent separately - have failed to get through to anyone - almost 2 hours on live chat (40 minutes of which as first in queue), no response to Facebook message or email or phone

Ordered my son's Halloween costumes weeks ago and they still haven't shipped. This site sucks a$$!!! I paid 2 day shipping too!!!

Ordered a Halloween costume for my daughter 2 weeks ago on October 6th. Says it is processing for the last 2 weeks. I’ve tried contacting them 3x and no one can give me answers. I tried to cancel the order and they said I can’t do that either. So frustrating. My daughter is so upset that she will have to chose another costume because the one she chose is all sold out everywhere now. Thanks for nothing Disney your customer service is awful and the once beloved by all company is now been driven into the ground with your wokeism and failure to meet your customers needs.

I purchased ONE figment loungefly on shopdisney on 10/4/23 during its restock. This was my first ever purchase on shopdisney so it isn't like I've ordered this before or tried to order more than allowed. I received a confirmation email with order number and my cc was preauthorized. I waited 9 days.. still not shipped. I sent an email, no response, until today that was a very rude email about how I never had an order! I was able to get a hold of someone on their chat on the shopdisney site and was told my order didn't exist. So you send me a confirmation email with order number, charge my account then say there is no order. I also NEVER received a cancelation email of my order! I was told.. "well, this happens." I argued about my card being charged and low and behold, my money was returned. Took me contacting them to get my money! The funds were removed when the order was placed! So how is that if I never had an order? So apparently shopdisney can take your credit card information, charge you with holding the funds for a non existing order! They refused to put me on a waiting list or even have one sent from epcot. So you don't even have access to the products your selling?

I bought a $374 titanium mickey watch as a birthday gift for my son online from shopdisney. Will never do again! The watch was defective- the pointing hands were way off. So I shipped it back for an exchange, and they sent me another defective watch (it was probably the exact same one they shipped me the first time). Ended up having to take to a local repair shop to fix, which cost me big $$$$. Total rip off. I will never purchase anything from shopdisney ever again.

We ordered a costume as a gift. There was no sign of the delivery after weeks since placing the order.

We then received an email which claims we requested cancellation (which we did not). After we followed up we could not get a straight answer. We attempted to escalate to leadership, however phone calls and emails to reach out to us never came (despite claims on the order). At this time of writing we still have no contact.

If you are gift giving DO NOT order from this site this Christmas, do not order here it will only lead to disappointment for your child.

The worst run company in the world. They took a global brand that was beloved by all....and ran it into the ground. Sure...let's drive transgenderism into the heads of all our innocent 5 year olds. Great idea, Disney.

We cancelled disney plus, and no company affiliated with these low-lifes will ever again get a PENNY from anyone in our family.

Pedí una cazadora de rayo mcqueen y no llegó nunca. Después de reclamar en varias ocasiones dicen que 'se ha agotado'. Pero tampoco hacen devolución de su valor. ESTAFADORES

I ordered an Halloween Mickey & Minnie castle. It arrived with the tower broken. So i contacted the ShopDisney EU customer service. No response, nothing. So i put out my complaint on their Instagram. Nothing. For such an household name and brand, ShopDisney is really bad PR for the Disney brand. Would def not recommand buying online.

They didn't want to accept my return. They sent it back to me and kept the money. Im unsure on how to handle the situation any further. If you read this, please buy from another party than shopdisney if possible.

Shopdisney india site is one of the lousiest & the most user un-friendly e-com site I've ever come across. They put an offer for free delivery for a minimum purchase, but in reality it isnt so. I wrote a few mails to them, they replied have fixed the issue, but it still persists.

On top of all these challenges, I would also like to highlight their delivery partner ( Delhivery). Their customer care number is out of order, no information of why is there a delay of delivery. Beware all - please dont get fooled by their brand "Disney" and make a decision to buy from their website.

Compra realizada hace 1 mes y de momento no hemos recibido la compra! El plazo de entrega era de 10 dias y ya van prácticamente 1 mes sin recibirlo. Era un regalo para mi niña y la pobre sigue esperando “su regalo”. Vergonzoso! Primera y ultima vez que compro aqui! No la recomiendo.

Incumplimiento de los plazos de entrega.
Son tardíos en el envío del pedido desde que se compra y a ello hay que sumarle que te engañan cuando dicen que lo depositan en Correos, pues solamente PRERREGISTRAN el pedido. Luego, de ahí a que se envíe puede tardar una semana, añadiendo el tiempo de transporte. Por lo tanto, casi un mes esperando el pedido.
Si llega, me lo quedaré, pero esperaré a que la persona a la que iba destinado el producto cumpla de nuevo años, porque ya es innecesario el pedido.
A todo esto, hay que añadir que el servicio atención al cliente no existe. Es completamente nulo.
