Vehicle has been with Saxton since 25…
Vehicle has been with Saxton since 25 June following a serious water-ingress complaint. Nearly five weeks later, I still have no clear diagnosis, repair plan or expected return date. I have received very limited communication and remain without a vehicle despite explaining that I live in a rural area. The matter is still under investigation, and I will update this review when there is an outcome.
Thank you for your response. The matter is currently being investigated by my finance provider, who has my full authority to liaise directly with Saxton and has all of the relevant information. I will continue to cooperate fully with that process and look forward to the matter being resolved.

As a customer, you just want things to be easy, simple and your job done. Harry Arnold at Saxtons, is the gentleman I spoke with at Saxtons. He delivered on all aspects of the sale. Harry had questions, I had questions, and on the 12/07/26, we picked our car up, exactly how we expected. Harry Arnold was very professional, very knowledgeable, and an all round gentleman. Saxtons is an absolute fantastic place, very happy and very thankful.
