We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration.

We did attempt to contact you at the time to explain that we were unfortunately out of stock of Cromapol, which caused the delay in dispatch. We regret that our communication did not reach you or was missed.

As the item could not be fulfilled, a full refund was issued via PayPal. We understand this process may not have been as smooth as expected, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We are actively reviewing our stock management and communication processes to ensure this does not happen again in the future.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration.

You did request a cancellation; however, this was made on the same day as the scheduled delivery. At that point, the order had already been processed and dispatched, so unfortunately it was not possible to stop it from being delivered.

Regarding the return, as outlined on our website, Marley products are subject to return charges set by Marley themselves—not by us. Given that over 2000kg of tiles were delivered, there are significant logistics involved in collecting and returning such a large order.

The 25% restocking fee is also part of Marley’s returns policy, which applies once goods are returned.

We appreciate this isn’t ideal, but we are required to follow the supplier’s terms in these situations. If you’d like assistance arranging the return or discussing options, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

There was unfortunately a delay with your order due to an issue with the delivery address, which impacted the original timeframe. While our website states an estimated delivery window of 7–10 days, this can occasionally be affected when additional clarification or adjustments are needed to ensure a successful delivery.

We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially with your roofing work being scheduled, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience and additional costs this caused.

In terms of the supplier, we work closely with Korniche, and while we aim to keep all orders on track, delays can sometimes occur within the wider supply chain. That said, we take responsibility for keeping you informed and recognise that this situation did not meet expectations.

We always recommend allowing some flexibility when booking installation works, but we genuinely regret that this delay had such an impact on your project.
