Overall excellent service
Easy website to navigate, clear idea of delivery by date. Delivered on time and well packaged. The courier went above and beyond to get as close as he could to the building. Will definitely use again.

let down by lack of communication [no e-mail re date/ had to phone to get an idea] around delivery.
On first delivery attempt lorry did not have the means to unload a pallet of tiles thus requiring a second delivery.

We’re very sorry for your experience and the confusion caused.
Unfortunately, while we do stock these roofing sheets, we were unable to arrange delivery to the Shetland Islands at a feasible cost. Due to the location and transport limitations, the shipping charges from our carriers were significantly higher than expected, which meant we could not supply the order in a practical way.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to be told there was no stock available, and we apologise for the miscommunication on our part. We should have explained the situation more clearly.

The experience was great
The experience was great. From the outset, Roofing Outlet confirmed they had exactly what I needed and were very efficient regarding stock and delivery timelines. While the delivery company let them down, they stepped in and resolved the issue quickly. This demonstrated a high level of customer value and accountability. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.
