Chimney pots arrived next day
I have to say, I was sceptical that an order I placed for a pallet of chimney pots was actually going to arrive a) intact and b) next day. I was proven wrong on both points, it was very well packed, arrived next day and was much cheaper than my regular local merchant for the identical products.

Ordered some special chimney pots for a listed building project. Order dealt with promptly, communication great, good speedy delivery, but unfortunately, one unit was damaged by the transport company.
One simple call to Jacob in the sales and within the hour a replacement had been sourced and dispatched.
Fantastic service...well done Jacob and your team.

Fantastic.
These guys are great. Cannot recommend highly enough. Some of the order went missing, which happens. Sorted instantly, new stuff sent out.
I ordered some extra parts I didn’t need which was 100% my issue. They offered to pick them up and refund them.
Just a really pleasant experience.

Im very disappointed
Im very disappointed. Been costumer several times. Any order was delayed. But now is one month waiting to complete delivery. I been contacted them many times and only says really sorry and promise next week delivery is. I can't finish jobs because didn't get materials. I will go to order somewhere else and ask for refund. I loose money time and
my costumers are not happy. This is worse experience I ever had.
