Harry was absolutely brilliant from…
Harry was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I needed a roofing quilt urgently and Harry sorted everything out without any fuss. Communication was spot on, he kept me updated throughout, and true to his word the quilt arrived exactly when promised. In fact, it was already up on the roof by the time I checked!
It's refreshing to deal with someone who does exactly what they say they're going to do. Fast response times, excellent customer service, and a genuinely helpful attitude. Credit where it's due – Harry made the whole process effortless.

Arrived on time
Arrived on time. I ordered the wrong size flashing kit . Phoned them and they changed it for the right one before order was dispatched. I would have given them stars but when lorry arrived the driver opened the back up. The packages were everywhere. The driver said he comes in the morning and that’s how they load thing up nothing strapped down. I undid my roof window and luckily it was ok. None of this was roofing outlets fault just letting them know .

We placed our order over 2 weeks ago…
We placed our order over 2 weeks ago but still no update on delivery and all our emails have been ignored.
As I don’t have option to reply to co’s response I’m using edit facility to reply:
Bouncing back email is certainly not an excuse at at all. You had my contact details to call and provide update as you may have seen from my emails that I was getting concerned. Scheduled for Friday 12th June must be a quick fix to address the fact that I have left this negative review. Not at all good business conduct goes against all your reasons that you have noted on your website as ‘why shop with us’ section quoting prompt communication and fast reliable service - both of which was not true. 🙁🙁

Next day order is a joke. It said order before cut off tike for next day delivery. 4 days later, still not recieved.

Placed order, on basis of initial date displayed. Appreciate that orders get delayed but I have been fobbed off on 3 occasions I have followed up requesting a delivery date

No intention of delivering only five boards yet took my money
Order 5 magply boards from them with a huge delivery charge on top, anyway I needed them so paid for them only to get a second email saying that I need to up my order to 10 boards because of fuel surcharges !!! To my amazement they had taken my money anyway !!! . I will update this review to see how much hassle I have getting a refund

We are very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience caused by your recent order experience.
Due to the current situation with the war in Iran and the resulting fuel surcharges and transport disruptions, our supplier has temporarily introduced a minimum order requirement on certain deliveries. Unfortunately, this was not made sufficiently clear on our website at the time of your order, and we completely understand your disappointment after placing and paying for the order.
Please accept our sincere apologies. We share your frustration and appreciate how upsetting this must have been, especially after paying the delivery charges in good faith. There was absolutely no intention to mislead you or take payment without supplying your goods.
Our team is actively working with our developers to update the website urgently so these temporary supplier restrictions are made much clearer moving forward and to help prevent this happening again.
A full refund has been issued. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
