Cafe booking system

Great support with fast response

Great support with fast response. This booking system is very customizable and therefore a bit confusing to set up. But a LOT easier than some systems I've tried. Once it's tweaked to your exact needs, the daily operation is easy peasy. My reason for choosing this system over others is the price, the versatility and the fantastic support. They have patience and understanding. There's always room for improvement, but I'd give 4 and a half stars, if I could ;)

Beats the big name reservation sites and doesn’t cost you an arm and a leg

Searched through all the ‘big name’ reservation systems when setting up my restaurant. I feel resOS outshines them all for value for money, feature control and just general ease of use.There are no secret extortionate fee additions or huge 3 figure sums to pay per month, just exactly what is states on the website which is a tier based system calculated on the number of reservations made per month.
Huge amount of control on the platform, allows you to manage time slots, control your reservation diaries, select parameters for guests dining as well as easily integrate pre payment options. Very user friendly and helpful guides, quick (and helpful) responses from staff when you are unsure of a feature.
Having searched through many options this is the by far the best value for money for all of the available features. Their tiered pricing makes it easy to set up before you open up fully unlike most other reservation systems that charge from day one, and at prices way above resOS too with less features. Booking notifications can also be sent to your email address to save checking in on the app constantly which is useful.
One of the most useful parts of the system is the personalised confirmations and booking reminders which allow you to send personalised information about the reservation and then a reminder at a set time before they arrive to help eliminate the risk of no-shows.
Overall, very happy and would recommend to any restaurant.

Easy to use, friendly and responsive customer service

I have compared many before choosing this and although might still be missing some features that could make things better (for our restaurant at least!) It is definitely one of the best out there!

Table booking is top notch.

I like that they introduce new features and improve it regularly and they are all very quick and friendly in getting back to you when you need help with any set up issue.

I looked at Resy, OpenTable and landed on resOS

I looked at Resy, SevenRooms and OpenTable before ultimately landing on resOS. We use Toast for our POS and I was worried about resOS not being integrated, but I've been happy with how smoothly the two systems work in parallel and integration hasn't been as important as I initially though. I was attracted to the low price point of resOS over the other options (MUCH cheaper than the alternatives) but now I value the customer service responsiveness, ease of use and their active feature development just as much as the low price. They're quickly adding new features and I can't imagine my restaurant (we're an afternoon tearoom) running without resOS.

ResOS has made our flow of bookings…

ResOS has made our flow of bookings more autonomous and easier to keep up with.

The system also has the option to sell our food for collections at minimal costs, making it a cheaper option for our customers and helping us to remain competitive.

ResOS team also seems to be proactive at collecting feedback and exciting the possibility of new features that will make the great system even better.

It’s the worst place u Can work with Cheating with the prices every month they have a new price , very expensive monthly payments. And I never see a company without a telephone call to Servis

The high charges that you were unsatisfied about were SMS charges since you had sent many SMS notifications those periods. We do not introduce new prices every month. Your invoices changed every month due to the different amounts of SMS you sent every month. We are very sorry if you don't feel like we communicated our prices in the best way to you. Great software for a great price

We are using the software in 2 different restaurants. Works great and it's really easy to use. Customer support is really good and fast and it's really affordable.

Not giving it 5 stars, because it lacks a couple of features that we have requested but are not done yet For example, if you give a user permissions to the reservation module, that person can do anything within the module, even canceling events. This is dangerous and there is no way to restrict this by role.

But overall, it has been a great improvement for our reservation process.

Resos system is great!

We started using this system a few months ago and it is fantastic. Design and ease of use is great. Love this software.

This system has changed our business in…

This system has changed our business in such a positive way. No more phone calls. So much less stress with table allocation and we are now able to organize our sittings to suit us. Also no more no shows. The customer service we have received has been second to none. Thanks to the resos team for everything
