Company tried to hide the payment saying that they have not received it, but when contacting with PTAC they find out that avio company had actually transferred the necessary refund to Refundor, but Refundor said that they hadn't received anything.

Pleasant, professional and honest attitude. Since without the involvement of Refundor I probably wouldn't have sought compensation at all and even if it had, it would have taken me a lot more time and energy, I think the service was good and the distribution of compensation was fair.

Perfect service
I first tried to do it on my own, but there was no way I could get trough the airline systems to contact them in a way that they would respond.
So I decided either leave it as it is or search for help. So I contacted refundor and that was a good choice! After filling in the documents it took me no time anymore and they achieved to get the refund for me :)

The company was very helpful. It all took time but the staff that i contacted kept me up to date, and any queries i had were answered promptly. The end result was the successful refund.

Refundor es una empresa genial
Refundor es una empresa genial! Me abordaron en el aeropuerto Leonardo da Vinci al ver que mi vuelo estaba retrasado y me dieron una tarjeta. Decidí confiar en ellos y me puse en contacto con ellos. El trámite fue sencillo. Me advirtieron que la espera podría ser un poco larga en especial por la aerolínea que había elegido pero al final todo salió muy bien y me dieron seguimiento y respuesta a mis correos durante todo el proceso. Mis respetos para la empresa!!!

No se me hizo el reembo cuando correspondria porque si fue una demanda conjunta los resultadista deberias haver sufís igual,
Porque tenia constància que habian cobrado mucho tiempo antes sin tener repuesta vuestra.

Im very greatful you did all this work for me, which It would have been very annoying to do. And It was a big amount what I got back.
But I think was the fee you took from the refund was to much. I didnt expect It to be so high

Let me give you a short explanation, why our fee is as it is.
1) We want our fee to be simple; 2) It's the same for all clients.
At the same time we do a lot of work for free.
If you make a mistake making a claim, if you can't get a compensation - you pay nothing. We check flights for free. If you can't find a boarding pass and we can't get your compensation - again, you pay nothing. We communicate with airlines on your behalf for free.

Although it's never fun to wait for…
Although it's never fun to wait for hours in the airport because of a massively delayed flight, at least the compensation from the airline received through Refundor was very nice. I checked on the airlines website itself to see how it would work to claim a refund but that was set up in a way that is very discouraging to passengers to go through with the process. Refundor did all that for me, and I got my claim processed quickly and the money transferred into my bank account.
