DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

They will make you lose the will to live. Considering you use a company like this as a last resort due to awful communication with airlines, you’d expect their support but no they just ignore you and make it impossible to contact.

I am so annoyed at myself I didn’t check these trust pilot reviews first

SHAME ON YOU REFLY

I strongly advise against using this company. Communication is virtually impossible; I've sent countless emails without receiving a single reply. I regret not checking Trustpilot reviews before trusting Refundor to handle my compensation for a delayed flight. My hope of receiving any money from them is dwindling. They sent an email on October 31, 2023, stating that Wizzair had approved my claim for the flight on May 22, 2023. They requested my bank details and promised to transfer the compensation as soon as they received it. Now it's 2025, and I've heard nothing further from them.

In October 2023 I was told by the Refundor Team that Wizzair agreed to my refund and soon the Refundor Team will transfer the money to my account
Refundor but until now they have not bothered to reply and I sent them an email again in Feb 2024 but they did not reply. They seem to be fraudsters / scammers/ crooks. Why have the authorities not taken actions gains them?

This is clearly a scam and I’ve been had. 18 months ago I had been assured I would receive my refund now they don’t return emails. They’ve obviously pocketed my money. How they’re not in prison I don’t know?

My flight was in May 2023. They claimed to have received Wizz Air's approval to cover my claim in October 2023. It`s been more than a year.
This is a scam. Please avoid their services.

Sent another email for a 2 year old claim! They confirmed last year that Brussels airlines had paid out but still waiting for this money. What a joke/fraudulent company.

I received a message that the airline agreed on compensation and that refundor received the compensation. This was on 21.12.2022. After that I reminded more then five times with no response and also they didn't pay out the refund. Very very bad service!

I made a claim a year ago, the minute they had all the required info they ghosted me, haven't heard from them since, and haven't received any refund.

18 months since I submitted a claim, after 6 months they tell me they have my refund from airline, but may take up 2 months for me to receive it as they are busy. After 2 months I emailed them, no reply, nothing, they are robbing c##ts. Avoid this company, claim yourself, I wish I had.

Absolutely awful. Nearly 2 years now and after getting all the information from me a few months ago they are now ignoring me. Does this mean they have my money and don’t want to give it to me. I well complain to the ombudsman but they just seem to be scamming us. I will not give up as I’m so angry that they can do this.

Avoid this company! Do NOT use Refundor! They are scammers. First, they make you sign a contract and get power of attorney, then you never hear from them again. Chances are that they take 100% commission. If there were an option to rate that company with 0 stars I would do so...

Refundor stopped replying to emails after one month (now 7 months into the claim) and LOT refuse to respond to me. I have no reason to believe Refundor are anything other than scammers.

Imposible contactar hace casi un año me aceptaron un reembolso y no se nada es imposible contactar con ellos. Los mensajes no llegan y no se puede acceder a otros contactos. Desde la aerolínea me dicen que ese reembolso ya fue ejecutado.

Used this company in June 2022 to ask for compensation for two flights, one that was delayed and the other that was cancelled without any explanation. They asked me to fill some documents and seemed reliable at the time. They warned me that the compensation would take some time as everything was dependent of the airline payment. I was patient and waited with no questions asked. In January 2023 they sent me an email, saying that the airline approved my compensation, asked me for my bank details, and told that the money would be in my account within the next 31days. I don’t even know why they sent me this confirmation as it’s April 2024 and no money as ever been paid to me. I have tried to contact them via email, the only contact I could find but had no reply. Stay away from them! It’s a scam!

Company has had my money for flight compensation for a few months with no response. They are meant to be hassle free and have made this whole situation even more hassle for me. If they do not pay me i will take legal action.

Filed a claim in January 2023. A few months later, I was told Lufthansa denied the claim, but they would file an appeal. I never heard back. They were probably paid and ran off with the money. Months later, I had a delayed SAS flight and filed the claim myself with the airline and was paid promptly. Avoid these middleman companies, total scams.

Started my claim with them a while back i think in month of May 2023 was told in July my claim was accepted by the airline and soon it will be paid but it will take them upto 2 months to recognise the payment from the airline and then further steps will be taken and money will be released to me then in september received their email saying that they have received the compensation from the airline and asked me to provide my bank details so that they can transfer the compensation money to me and that can take them another 2 months.Since then its been 5-6 months now I never received my money and they just don't reply any email or messenger contact. They have simply disappeared. No phone number as mode of contact only email or through social media where if you contact you will just be ignored. I wonder how are they even allowed to operate in UK. Very bad experience and I would say stay away from them if you really want to receive your compensation and try to find a legit company if you need some help.

I got an email from refundor over a year ago stating that my claim has been approved by the airline company.
I have sent them like 5 emails since then and I didn’t even get one response, no telephone number to contact them, it feels like a scam and at this point after so long i think the best move would be to file a sue against refundor.
Waste of time and energy

I was told nine months ago that they have my compensation. To date I have not received anything. My claim was accepted by them 16 months ago

Total scam , received an email in September that there was a successful claim and now nothing! I am going to financial ombudsman, and internet companies to take this fraudulent company down. Do not use this company they are ripping you off!
