Cannot recommend their service. Totally unresponsive and unprofessional people. Their response time 1 email per 3 weeks - 2 months. Still haven't got my money not because of flight company, but because of their team is unable to send money for no reason. Their transaction was rejected and returned back to them (due to my credit card problems, but I shared another details with them far before this transaction which apparently was ignored). I immediately wrote to them about the problem, but as you might expect - no response.

Summary - don't waste your time with this company, try to find another options.

Se debe tener paciencia porque las compañías aéreas se demoran en responder pero al final me llegó el dinero. International Delta flight from the Netherlands to USA was delayed, Refundor representative was handing out business cards at the airport to passengers for my flight. I signed up with Refundor to process my claim. First Refundor reported to me that Delta confirmed my claim was valid and that payment was forthcoming. Then they told me that Delta claimed to have distributed the refund, but neither myself nor Refundor had any evidence that payment was disbursed. Refundor claims that they pressed the airline for evidence of dispersion, but that they were unresponsive. With the airline supposedly refusing to provide any evidence of payment dispersion, Refundor claims to have filed a complaint on behalf of my case with the National Enforcement Body of the Netherlands, but it's now 5+ months since filing and I am still without compensation, or really any avenue to progress my situation. When agreeing to allow Refundor be your legal representative in the claims process, you waive your right to file on your own behalf, or to hire anyone else to. To their credit, Refundor has been courteous and responsive with each of my inquiries; however, at the end of the day I hired them for one job- to obtain my legally due refund- and they have been unable to accomplish that task. Further, while Refundor did furnish me with a copy of the complaint issued to the National Enforcement Body of the Netherlands upon request, I really have no way to confirm whether the complaint was truly filed. For all I know they could have received my refund and kept the whole thing.

I can't express enough how great Refundor company is. Their excellent customer service, professionalism and quick responses are way above and beyond what I was expecting. I strongly recommend this company. I can guarantee that Refundor's helpful staff will not leave you disappointed.
