This company sells cheap fake items. I ordered an lol doll for my child's birthday, after 3 weeks it arrived, understandable delays. When it came to the birthday my child opened it up, immediately knew it was fake as the dolls aren't official. One of the dolls was dripping wet and stank or urine! The how thing stinks! I have been offered a refund but the website should check what they're selling.

DO NOT BUY!! The product I received was NOT as described; to make matters worst, we discovered that our credit card details were compromised! And this was the only webpage that we used our credit card to make a recent payment with! The company is now saying that they’ve issued a refund to my credit card (which we’ve had to cancel) and won’t be issuing a refund any other way. How “convenient”!!! Avoid!! This company is fraudulent!!! They’re thieves!!!

Absolutely awful. Definitely avoid. I ordered a toy for Christmas and after waiting just over two weeks, it finally arrived. Not only have they sent the wrong item, I'm pretty sure it's fake, quite a good copy but suspiciously different too. When I requested they send the right one, they agreed but just didn't bother sending it so I raised a case through PayPal. The company have now said they will offer a refund if I pay to return it. Dirty tactics if you ask me when it was their mistake in the first place and PayPal will now close the case if I don't return the item because technically the seller has offered a goodwill gesture. Lesson learnt I guess but whatever you do, don't buy from here.

Ordered an item, plush toy, on the 5th of October, the tracking number supplied is showing it arrived in country of destination since the 19th, no update since then, it's now the 30th of October. Contacted customer services and told delivery can be 7 to 14 days, although website says 3 to 5 days, waited a bit more, then told delays with deliveries and clearing customs because of pandemic. What a load of BS, I've ordered other items from reputable companies since, from China, from America, from the UK and from Germany. All arrived within the time frame and no issue. Do not order from here. I will be requesting a refund but I won't be holding my breath.

UPDATE: ITEM FINALLY ARRIVED, NOT LIKE PICTURE ON WEBSITE, WHICH LOOKS LIKE ORIGINAL PLUSH, INSTEAD I GOT CHEAP FAKE KNOCK OFF, DISGRACEFUL LOOKING. IT SEEMS THIS COMPANY GETS GOOD REVIEWS ABOUT FANCY DRESS COSTUMES BUT WHEN IT COMES TO TOYS DON'T ORDER FROM HERE, YOU DON'T GET WHAT YOU ORDERED, BAD IMITATION.

Terrible place DO NOT ORDER!! i ordered slippers and they sent me the wrong pair after i waited a month for them to come... on top of it i asked for a replacement and it has been 2 weeks and they havent even shipped a replacement. So then i tried to get a refund but they want there customers to pay for the shipping across the world for there own mistakes. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.

Have ordered before with great service costume was delivered within 2 days. Today I noticed when hitting the pay button I had bought the wrong size, a quick call to the shop, and spoke to Becky who sorted my problem out with no hesitation. Great service yet again.

Ordered Octonauts Gub-B. Completely different from the picture. Disappointed my four year old son and myself. This is why places like Amazon will destroy places like this. I will never order from Princess Dress World again, and you shouldn’t either.

Ordered a scruv a luv. It took 2 weeks to get delivered. When it arrived, it looked like it survived a stampede.
The box was smashed and some patches with tape were made.

"Beautiful dress. Perfect stitching, no thread sticking out anywhere. Zip perfectly sewn in. My girls absolutely loved their dresses."

Very bad customer services and even worse delivery times!!!

I ordered my daughters birthday present 2 weeks (and a couple days) in advance this was 8/28 here it is 10/10 and I still haven’t received my order. They “missed placed it” mid delivery, but when I asked if I could just get a refund instead they hit me with the “a new one has been sent out we can only process a refund if you send the item back ” I leave it Alone and wait...... 5 days have gone by their updated tracker hasn’t updated for booboo it still doesn’t even say it’s left anywhere. I’m frustrated with myself that I bought an 80 egg but whatever to make your kid happy right ? It’s her birthday ima do what I need to to keep her happy But then to wait this long, not get it in time for her birthday and then also just have absolutely no idea where my hard earned money actually is ? Is beyond frustrating!!!

Please don’t waste your time or money it’s really not worth the lack of communication and the headache. I was REALLYYY hoping for a different outcome

I absolutely loved my son's flannel and sweater. He matched my husband perfectly! It wasn't form-fitting. It was stretchy material and lasted a long time!!! I buy all of my son's clothes from Princessdressworld now. AND it is affordable!!!!!!!

Do not believe the fake reviews! This place sells fake products from China.

As soon as I found out my product is from China I tried to email them to get a refund, they rejected it rudely. Apparently it's 'impossible' to refund you once you've placed an order. I emailed them multiple times asking if their products are authentic, they ignored me! A week later my product was finally dispatched.

Finally three weeks after placing my order I recieved my product. It was damaged and 100 percent fake!

Now apparently I need to PAY to send it back. AVOID this company they are scammers!

We love shopping at Princessdressworld! Their prices are unbeatable and their clothes are so cute. This off the shoulder toddler dress is adorable and fits true to size! Definitely would recommend checking out this store!!

Cheap copy products.
Beware of this website, they advertise known brands and then send a cheap inferior copy. We ordered a Nintendo anti gravity racer toy and were sent a totally different product which was a cheap copy brand (RC speedy drift). It could not perform the same tricks and literally fell apart. When I asked for a refund they claimed that they sent me the product “as per the picture”, even though the description said Nintendo anti gravity racer and that I wasn’t entitled to a refund. I have since escalated this with PayPal but these guys are completely shonky and fraudulent - what is described is not what you are going to get. They are deliberately deceptive using known and trusted brands in their description and then send you a crappy copy in it’s place. I am disappointed that PayPal allow this business to use them to pay as it always gave me reassurance in the past that the company I was buying from was legitimate and ethical. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a board game from this company. They did not tell me upon ordering that it would be shipped from abroad and gave the impression i would receive it within 48 hrs.

I then received the confirmation and said it would be shipped from hong kong and would take 5-12 days.

I tried to cancel the order, as it was a gift for someone and would not arrive on time, but they said they couldn't as it had been shipped.

There was no tracking information for 4 days.

Eventually it showed up on tracking but had not left hong kong. It continued to remain there for a further 4 days.

They still said they could not cancel.

After 11 days it turned up, but they would only supply a return address label and have refused to pay for shipping.

I received some very unhelpful and quite rude emails from them, suggesting i should have paid extra for an express delivery!

Avoid this company at all costs.
