Ordered a funko pop, box arrived all dented and bruised. Emailed them for a replacement and after dozens of emails of them telling me ‘they’re checking with the warehouse’ and three months of wasted time I still didn’t get any replacement or refund. These people are honestly scammers! Don’t buy anything from them!

Ordered something for Christmas because the longest protected delivery put it on the 21st. January 5th and the item is still in Hong Kong. I asked for a refund, they said no.

I ordered an item for delivery before Christmas. When I ordered the item, the estimated receiving date was December 23rd. I never would have ordered from this online company if I had known it was going to take this long. They stated in an email that the item was shipped on the 6th of December and that it would take 2 weeks to receive. Another email says it was shipped on the 9th of December. I've just used their tracking link imbedded in a shipping confirmation and the link states that as of December 28th the item is STILL in Hong Kong. This is unacceptable. And using COVID as an excuse is not acceptable either. Plenty of companies are delayed, but not this delayed.

I purchased a 12inch talking Falcon action figure for my grandson Christmas present. After about a month I received a Falcon action figure 6inches did talk at all. Email the company. They replied "will send me the correct one". After about a month called "still processing order". Emailed them a couple more times no response. Please! please! Please!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE/COMPANY. They do not honor their words nor their merchandise

I happen to be your unsatisfied customer , I made a purchase from your website dated 9th of November, order no : We Have Received Your Order # 1935500284
After a week itself on 17th of November I made a cancellation request to customer care to which I was told that cancellation was not possible ( neither can the customer cancel the product nor you people yourself could help ) I was asked to wait till the product arrives.

After waiting for another two weeks I again sent a mail on 3rd of december that it has been a month and I have not yet received the product neither am I able to track the product, to which I was assured that my product would be returned for a refund after it gets delivered.

Again two weeks passed and on 15th of december I requested for cancellation still nothing could be done.

Literally after two months of wait the product arrives, and a natural response of the customer at that time is to see as to what the parcel is of ? I checked and it was this dress which I made efforts to cancel from previous two months.
As told by you customer service that once you receive the product inform us , and this is what I did. But to utter disappointed I am told that the product can't be returned because it is opened, wherein you people yourself instructed to print the label and keep one inside the package, I am trying to make calls but unfortunately there is no local number provided for the same, neither you people can arrange the call.
In the website or in the prior emails it is nowhere mentioned that the parcel should not have been opened. When I had already made cancellation request so many times it your responsibility to mention these things but nothing was done , now you people are forcing that dress to the customers in the name of your policy which you never mentioned earlier.
I don't want this product and I am not taking it by any chance , You review this complaint and solve it here itself or I would be filing this case in consumer court, I am aware of my rights as a consumer and you people can't fool us in this manner.
It is your policy which states that the product it eligible for return till 30 days.

I don't need this product therefore approve my return for refund and inform me for further return processes.

I ordered a Jellycat Lilac Bunny from this website and when the item arrived it was a complete fake. Didn't even have a tush tag on it let alone a paper tag.

I contacted them the day the item arrived back in 5th November asking for a refund for the product. They said they would process a refund and let me know when it has been processed. I have been checking my account and still have not been refunded for this item even though I have chased them 4 times since the first complaint was made. Very Disappointed will never order again

Typical fake junk for those thieves in China !! Don’t trust this pathetic company it’s like Covid 19 - can’t take their word for anything. Liars and cheats !!! If they had a U.K. address I would be visiting them with the Police and trading standards. Watch out this is just a company set up to steal money from innocent buyers . No positive reviews here !!!!

They sell Fake goods! Poor imitation of the original LOL. The goods arrived over one month late and damaged. The company should be closed down and all customers refunded.

Fake garbage not authentic at all. Not worth it stay away!!! Ordered the pearl L.O.L for my niece. Cloths were all the same color, eye paint was all smeared, color of head and body are different, plastic bits still attached to the characters. I will never order from this place again.

Their website says that it gets sent out in 24 hours. I didn't realize that it was a country from Hong Kong. It took them over 10 days just to get it to the post office there. When I ordered my daughter's present, I thought it would be here for xmas. Boy, was I wrong! 2 more months they tell me

Spent £34 on L.O.L advent calendar which took 6 Weeks to arrive and was all fake and a fraction of the items. All fake and disappointed 8 year old. This is a scam website. Be warned.

One of the worst company’s I’ve ever dealt with. I purchased a Thomas train set and the parts don’t fit together and there are no faces painted on the set. They do not send out what is advertised and their customer service is pathetic. Do not purchase from this company.

This company is terrible
They send me my item with it missing stuff and the package all broken and continue to tell me they will fix the problem it was been 8 weeks now and 10 emails and still no present for my daughter for Christmas

Ordered roblox playset for my daughter yesterday...only to come across these reviews about items being fake. So I emailed 10 minutes after I ordered asking for it to be cancelled, to be told that it was too late and that order was already being processed for shipping. Money being very tight this xmas I emailed a pleading for a cancellation but got no reply! Disgusting! I WILL do everything in my power to expose this company. Clearly the majority of the good reviews on here are as fake as their products!! I'm so mad. Cant wait to recieve my fake items so I can share them all over every social media platform.
