I shopped here for years and always loved their customer service. I shopped here pretty much biweekly and there shipping was really fast(2-3 days). Sometime at the end of 2024 there was a change in the shipping. 2-3 weeks would go by and I had to call to inquire about my orders. I started ordering less and less but I still tried to keep shopping. After multiple orders and calls and asking if their shipping has changed, I was treated very poorly by their customer service representative Taylor. She spoke down to me and was extremly rude and condescending in her reposnse. She abruptly ended the conversation and I abruptly ended my years of shopping with this website. I did not even argue back, I just said okay and havent shopped there since. It has been almost a year and I will not shop there again. The shopping experience has declined and so has the overall customer service.

I really wish there was a way to report fraudulent activity. This company is clearly fraudulent and needs to be reported to the authorities. I received a dress that was labeled 100% cotton and is clearly polyester. It was an expensive dress and the company will not give me my money back. They offer exchanges, but that's not going to happen. I don't want anything else from them. Our labeling laws in the USA are extremely clear and this is a legal violation.

I normally like what I get from this company. Everything has always fit. Now, I need to make a return and I am frustrated. One 2x top was too big and one 2x top was too small and too low cut. The return location is an hour away from me. Returns will cost $7.99. Come on! These clothes are expensive! This process should not cost anything and I should be able to use the post office or any UPS facility! Also, refund is store credit only. Ugh! I wont be buying from this company again.

I had no idea that this store does not offer cash back!! I ordered a few things for an upcoming trip and only one item fit well. I just went to start the return and found out that I will not be getting a cash refund for my purchases!! The clothes are not that great for the money-think SHEIN but WAY more expensive. AND if you buy a sale item you are stuck with it. No returns on sale items!! Aside from redeeming my store credit, I will absolutely never purchase from this company again nor should anyone else!! Buyer beware!!

The clothing looks nothing like what it does on the models on their website. DO NOT waste your money here! It’s basically like SHEIN, but severely overpriced. They are just scamming women.

I had high hopes for this dress. Based on the size information provided, I decided to size up- I normally wear an XL no matter the brand or style. This 2X fits like a Large or XL at best. It was not flattering on me at all, and did not fit as pictured on the model. When I received the dress, it had no tags, so I wonder if it was a returned item. Also, when I ordered, I saw NO statement that it was a final sale, but when I received the invoice- it was marked as such. I even searched returns/exchange info before I purchased in case it didn’t work, because I never buy anything that I can’t return or exchange. This further proves my point that it was not marked final sale except on my invoice. That seems like sneaky business practices. I definitely won’t ever order from this company again and would appreciate if they would refund my order including shipping. I highly recommend that you DO NOT BUY from Chicsoul- Auburn, AL

Chic Soul has started sending out clothes without their actual brand tags. Instead, you'll probably get the exact same item but with a generic 'Made in Taiwan' label. This is super frustrating because I buy from them specifically for their brand name and quality. Getting unbranded inventory is a major red flag. After submitting an inquiry about this, I was informed that the Taiwan vendor is listed is a verified Chic Soul vendor (whatever that means).

I wish I would've read the fine print on returns. They only issue a replacement and no refund. I have returned items TWICE and sadly spent more money sending them back and re-ordering. The quality of the clothing is really sad and cheap. Today I tried on one of my exchanged items and I laughed when I put it on. No use sending yet another item back that I have to pay shipping for. Other than quick shipment and prompt returns, I found this company to be really disappointing.

Oh how I wished I would have checked Reddit, Trust Pilot or BBB before ordering from this company. CHEAP clothes from China. I ordered 2 dresses because I was unsure of the size and neither fit. Both were made of some horrible waterproof feeling fabric that felt like it belonged on a tent. Did NOT look as advertised on website and social media. I attempted to return only to now find out they do not refund your money - only issues a store credit. RUN FROM THIS CO! BIGGEST SCAM I'VE EVER SEEN.

The clothes are MUCH larger then shown in the picture and the sleeves are not what they are described or shown as. The oversized boyfriend tees should have 1/2 slleves and they are short sleeves. The big problem is that they are thieves. They offer gift cards and do not accept returns. I am out $100 now and intend to fight this. This is a scammer company. Buyers beware. Do not buy from them.

Cheap clothing that does not fit like sizing indicates. They refuse to give refunds when their clothing does not fit and offer a “gift card” when reaching out to customer service. I’ve now wasted $50 because their customer service is so poor!

DO NOT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! CLOTHES ARE AWKWARDLY SOWN LOOK NOTHING LIKE IN PICTURES!!! SUPER CHEAP!!! PLEASE PLEASE REVIEW RETURN POLICY. THEY ONLY GIVE STORE CREDIT! THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND! UNFORTUNATELY, I DID NOT REALIZE THAT I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

The so called hoodie was a t shirt with a hood. Cheap material not worth what you pay. Read the refund policy because they charge 8 out of your refund plus you only get store credit so I just flushed 50 down the toilet! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I should have looked at their return policy first!!! Cost $8-10 to return (and I live in the same town) and you only get store credit!
The fabric of one of my items was so cheap I swear it could have been bought at family dollar.
Will never order again!!!

Oh where do I start. Firstly; I am a plus size woman. I am 5’6, 240 LBS I am a 44DD, I have back fat, a love handle. I shop at Torrid, Lane Bryant, and sometimes Target and TJ Maxx when they have good items. If you go on to their website and you don’t look like the woman in the pictures, these clothes will NOT fit you. They are at best XXL or a 1X. Their return policy is horrendous. They only offer a store credit. They charge a fee when you return items. Currently I have lost around $60 in return fees. Once again, if you are bigger than the women in their pictures, their clothes will NOT FIT YOU. Save your money and go to Torrid, who are actually true to size. Chic Soul should be shut down for false advertising. It’s a scam.

They used to have cute things, I'm not sure what has happened but quality, designs and service are all down. Returns are at a charge. You do not get your money back even if you return immediately only a credit, at diminished value. I waited and waited and chose carefully and I just got my order on credits and it's crap. crap material. Looks like a tent. I do not want to return and lose more money to try to buy something else that is crap. I have things from years back that are nice designs and nice material. What gives?

Why offer a freebie with an order when you argue with customers about sending it? Had to fight tooth and nail to send me my freebie that your Facebook page and personal email offered! Been shopping for years but NEVER AGAIN!!!

This is a scam!

They are thiefs as they take your money, promise goods that don't get delivered. When you chase them, they don't answer emails and the order link stops working after 30 days.

You can't report a problem with'shop' less than 30 days and can't submit a complaint without a valid URL.

Absolute scam! I'm annoyed I didn't use PayPal as I normally do!

Very cheap clothing. Most items get holes after 1-2 washes. It is not quality and definitely extremely overpriced. They are taking advantage of the plus sized shoppers who desperately want cute clothing. Avoid this online store! Returns are not free no matter what and they will not refund you full price or anything. Just store credit-minus their crazy fee-to purchase more cheap items that won’t last. So sad. I gave it many chances!
This is an in general review for anyone looking to order through them. I have felt this way for many purchases.
